Nothing this girl says makes any sense. Not only was she a cute girl before her surgeries, she also was more normal mentally. It's really too bad that doctors keep working on her instead of refusing and recommending a shrink.

Included in a well balanced, healthy life is self improvement on the inside as well as the outside. Eating right, exercising, doing for others as well as yourself. However, I don't care how much plastic surgery one has, if you don't love, accept yourself internally, and are directed by some external benchmark of beauty one will never be happy and content Is she looking for others to tell her she's beautiful, so she's trying to live up to their ideal? If one is living a purposeful life, concern about looking "perfect" by someone else' standards diminishes.
