To be honest Heidi looked alot better after her first bout of surgery,like when she got married to spencer but this is frightening,it looks nothing like her and she looks weird.I dont know how spencer isnt freaked out

Let's be honest, she looks a lot better after the plastic surgery. Everyone that thinks otherwise is just too poor to get it for themselves, thus they are bitter.

To ANTONE who approves of constant plastic surgery: We're all human, we all wanna look beautiful. Fact. But if you really loved yourself, why would you want to change it so drastically? For someone else? The slimmer nose or huge breasts reveal more about what you really think about yourself than anything. I would instead invest in a good shrink instead of spending thousands on something a different mentality can change for free.
