She looks ridiculous, plastic and fake...so I guess her new body fits her personality. PS. Anyone find it interesting that this story hit the day after her horrendous album came out? Spencer and Heidi are disgusting, they are blatant attention whores. News Flash: real celebrities don't relish being followed by the press 24/7. If you do then your issues go much deeper. Absolutely pathetic.
To think Heidi used to be an actual person -guess you'll have to check out Season I of the Hills on DVD to see that.

Oh, do you people want some whine with your cheese? Wasn't there a study done less than 2 years ago or something saying 75% of people polled would gladly ACCEPT the option to get plastic surgery if offered or if they could afford it??? Didn't everybody watch all those makeover shows saying they wish it was them?? I remember it pretty well... Please stop being so high and mighty.
As for Ms. Montag/ Mrs. Pratt- DROP DEAD GORGEOUS. Talk about an upgrade! I have always had a celebrity crush on her and her metamorphosis has been staggering- that Spencer is one lucky guy!
Sorry everyone- but there is a sizable portion of the guy world who enjoy D+ breasts, killer curves and big pouty lips. Why do you think Marilyn Monroe is idolized to this day??? I think that she looks 100 times better! If this were the 1980's then it might be a story but this is 2010 and even school teachers get plastic surgery these days.
