Some of the comments mentioning how we should leave her alone, it's her choice and she's beautiful. Seriously? This is why more than half of America's women do have insecurities about themselves.
For a man to demand that their wife, girlfriend, whatever looks like is absolutely disgusting. If a man cannot accept a way their woman looks , it usually means an insecure man. I dated a guy who demanded that I was a blond, had pierced ears, or had bigger breasts. To hear that day in and day out is exactly where these plastic surgeons make their living. It's not like us women run around telling men what to wear, how to speak or to enlarge certain parts of their bodies. I have a little girl and I'm really scared to see how this will affect her. Maybe some of these men could put it into that perspective and see if they change their minds.

I thought she looked pretty after her first rhinoplasty and breast augmentation. But now, gross, she is just plastic now. Cosmetic surgery, you do it once to enhance yourself is great. Once you do it a second, you will continue and eventually can't stop. You will want things redone, retouch etc. It goes on, she is only 23, she will regret this when she gets older.

Okay... I don't believe that is right to sit around and talk bad about peoples' looks. That's very cruel... people are beautiful no matter what they look like. Beautiful then, beautiful now. I just can tell this girl must have some serious serious "self-image issues". I saw a clip from an interview in 2006 right after her first 2 surgeries and she said she was happy with the way she looked because she got the 2 things fixed that she "always got made fun of for"!! Now she is going wild and has had 10!!! I hope she can get some help to love herself before she really ends up messing her body up to where she really hates the way she looks!!! Like everyone is saying remember Michael Jackson!

OR...she can get into prescription drugs painkillers from the plastic surgery and go do "Celebrity Rehab"....I guess she does have options....LOL at last resort she could write a book about how she was sexual abused by someone in her family.....LOL

OMG, this poor girl is so insecure. It is very very sad, most all women have poor body image but you have to live your life, be grateful to have a healthy body.
She was a very attractive girl before. She looked young and innocent before which is more attractive than now. Now she looks like a woman in her 40's trying to look like a 23 year old.
Truly sad, that now she will have to maintain that plastic surgery for the rest of her life, and she will end up looking like a freak in the end.....poor girl, seems like she is reaching out for someone to truly love her, she doesn't love herself.

What Happened to Natural Beauty and Loving yourself for who you are? If you dont like the way you look on the outside you probably dont like who you are on the inside and thats a deep emotional problem, and it cannot be fixed with plastic surgery. I understand Every one wants to look the best they can in this superficial world but what happened to taking care of yourself, heathy diet, and exercise?

I do not think the fact that she underwent plastic surgery is surprising. But 10 procedures in one day? Is that not a little excessive even for Hollywood? I do not think she looks 23 at all anymore and I find that sad.

Wow. What Heidi needs is some "inner transformation". Go, and speak with someone who is invested in actually helping you sort your issues out. A plastic surgon only wants your money.

I'll admit that after her first round of surgery, I thought she looked better. She went from being cutesy to being, I don't know, stereotypically Hollywood I guess. But now she looks like a frigging weird robot. I hope that cover is just a really bad photo. I'm curious to see other pictures. Blech!
