The point isn't about a poll - it's what is wrong with America that so many people are willing subject their bodies to the lasting effects of anesthetic chemicals and the trauma of major surgery striving to look like a generic photoshopped L.A. celeb who people like you delusionally think is 'attractive'?
This girl is a major psych case who needs detox from media attention and a serious dose of reality in the form of a couple months build schools in sub-Saharan Africa.

I am not a big fan of her or her husband but, I have to admit she looks very good. Better than before. She will still be that same airhead she was before but now she be a hot airhead.

She looks horrible.....I feel so bad for her because her face before any of her facial procedures was such a natural beauty. Now she looks like a wax statue/man...Not even close to a pop star look. All that money she has been spending on plastic surgery should be spent on getting her husband a really good shrink. I definitly hold him resposible for Heide's addiction to plastic surgery....

Heidi has always been very pretty even before surgery, she is still beautiful now but I really hope she doesn't get carried away...have you ever seen those people who have had way too much plastic surgery? Especially when they get older. If she doesn't slow down she may end up looking like a freak of nature!!!

She definitely looks older... Not what most women want!! She's barely legal in reality...and probably not old enough to make these long-term decisions effectively. People die under the knife and anesthesia everyday--it's not worth it, IMO. And many women have crippling side effects from breast implants...
What if she gets into a car accident or any number of possible diseases or accidents and loses her "perfect" looks? Will she commit suicide??! She could not handle it. She painfully needs to develop her inner self, but I guess she is a reflection of modern society. :(
I agree that she was just fine before any of the operations!

When I saw the cover for this magazine my jaw dropped and I almost teared up. Heidi used to be so cute back in season one of the hills. She was funny and bubbly and just seemed so much happier. She looks like a completely different person and in my opinion she looks about 10 years older and just scary. Shes going to look back at her old pics from before the surgeries one day and wish she never messed with perfection, and thats the truth. I hope she gets help, something tells me shes got some deep-rooted issues.

I think that it is ironic that Heidi would compare her upcoming album to that of Michael Jackson. Clearly it is our superficial society that has driven the likes of both Jackson and Montag to take such lengths to be accepted. Instead of shaming Heidi, we should be concerned about what this society sets as the norm. I hope that Heidi gets the help that she needs.

I agree with Natash and Michelle, it is so SAD, so sad for her and her family. When she has kids they won't even look like her!!
It won't age well, she is on a fast track to CELEBRITY REHAB! and will end up looking like a freak.

She was so beautiful naturally...I liked her better before the surgeries...and Spencer. Now she's some body chop shop with after-market parts. And honestly, she doesn't even look happy in the post-op picture - and I'm not talking about her lack of smile. The sadness is in her eyes. She's never been able to hide that, at least from what I've watched on The Hills. Hollywood, money and fame bring out the crazy in people. I wish the old Heidi would come back but she's long gone now. I stopped watching The Hills after Season Four because Heidi's soul was sucked dry by the leech that is Spencer Pratt. If there appears to be anger there that is mistaken - there is merely a sadness. Witnessing this naive small-town girl loose herself in her vanity and ego reminds me that it occurs all too often in women of all ages.

Yes ,she does look plastic - but I bet you anything that she could look totally natural , because quite honestly if you don't know it you can't really tell she got plastic surgery. Get her a more natural hair colour and a less trashy stylist along with some nice decent make up as well as some smaller implants and most would defend her that she just "matured" during time. Most actresses get plastic surgery now with most you just don't notice it because they mask it perfectly and try to appear as natural as possible.
Heidi on the other hand needs attention - and that was just the best way to get it, look at you guys how you give her just what she needs ;) .

Totally agree with RodgerDodger. If someone gave me $65,000 I need for everything I want done, I would do it. I would do nothing for a year, just to make myself feel better. And no, it's not vapid and no, I don't need a psychologist and neither does Heidi. Some people KNOW that they will be happy when they fix their bodies.
And she looks millions of times better than before, she was plain and even a bit below average and now she's a bombshell and a perfection.

She should go into rehab for surgery addiction, and to a psychologist for her self esteem issues and sick relationship with her leech husband. The girls life is so sad. So amazing how our first adult decisions shape our life. I would respect her SO much more if she got rid of that parasite. She would be so much more to so many people. He is shaping who she is, and it's not enriching her life. Anything she is and could be.... he is holding her back. What's next? Spencer the rapper?

How utterly irresponsible to do this to herself.On so many levels. Turn something god-made and naturally pretty & unique, into a cheesy "porn star" look-alike like so many others. And she wants to be a role model. She doesn't look like herself. She looks unnatural and stiff. Most of all, she will never be happy because she doesn't love herself. That is why along with Mr. "Supportive" slimebag these attention seekers stop at nothing. I feel sad for her...she's beyond help, and her relationship is SO unhealthy... She needs to get out of the limelight and connect with her inner self because she is loosing out in real life.
P.S. These doctors also stop @ nothing...

I love the fact that I can see my chin in my son and that he has my nose and ears. That's what makes them so special.
