of course Jessica Lowndes is the winner! she looks totally cute. I don't even care if the dress is not same or just similar. but you see guys, Paris looks fat with that dress. or maybe her shape has changed?? oh I don't know and don't care LOL

It's not the same dress,just looks similar. compare closely the hem at the bottom. one has shiny black stripe at the very bottom, while the other has a shiny black stripe, then a greyish black stripe then a flat black stripe at the bottom.
My guess is that Paris is wearing a knock off,while Jessica's wearing the real thing.
& for some reason Paris looks Fat? we know she's skinny like a crackhead, is it the dress making her look fat.
