Jon Gosselin to Be a Free Man Any Day Now

Jon Gosselin has been acting like a swingin' single for months, partying like it's 1999 (before he wed Kate, actually) and chasing skirts all over the globe.

He's been married the whole time. Tiger Woods would be proud.

Still, you knew things weren't gonna be reconciled with estranged with Kate Gosselin, and their divorce, which has been a long time 'comin, is imminent.

An arbitrator dealing with the reality stars has rendered a decision regarding how the feuding spouses should divide all their money and other property.

Those were the (contractually obligated photo shoot) days.

This recommendation (the details of which will stay confidential) has been forwarded to the judge presiding over the divorce. He should approve it.

Thus, a final divorce decree is now "imminent." The soon-to-be-ex spouses have both consented, and have asked the judge to sign the divorce papers.

Time to move on to the next item on the ol' to-do list.

It'll be nice for Jon to put this behind him. Dude has a lot of other legal issues going on. He was ordered by a judge to stop making media appearances.
