Christina Fulton Trashes, Sues Nicolas Cage
Christina Fulton, mother of Nicolas Cage's eldest child Weston, has sued the actor for fraud and breach of contract, escalating his financial and legal nightmare.
The mother of Cage's 18-year-old son alleges she's been caught in the web of his financial mismanagement and is now more than $1.2 million in debt herself.
Cage stated in an October lawsuit he's facing financial ruin.
After allegedly being duped by a former accountant, Samuel Levin, he owes $6.3 million in back taxes, recently defaulted on a $2 million loan, and has begun a sell-off of homes, cars, yachts and other possessions to recoup his losses.
Christina Fulton says she was provided an L.A. home years ago by Cage in exchange for raising Weston, and believed the property was under her name.
That is until Cage gave her a 60-day notice to get out.
She says she now owes the IRS more than $1 million, she says, in addition to $250,000 in unpaid credit card debt, for which she also blames Cage.
All told, Fulton says damages to her exceed $13 million.
Cage's attorney Marty Singer responded: "This lawsuit is ridiculous and absurd. Nicolas Cage has given her approximately three million every year for many years, even though he was only obligated to pay her six thousand a month."
"We expect this lawsuit to be promptly thrown out."

Hold up you traded your son for a house, and didn't even bother to check if it was in your name. Second of all, would you still sue him when you lost the house by your own lack of finances. Why is he responsible for your credit card bills, lady you must not be that good of an actress if you can't even seem to cover your own bills and taxes. Get a job! Your making women look bad, sheesh....

i'm the only guy posting, but i judge people equally and don't take sides of what gender they are, Nick Cage is my favorite actor and as far as i know he seems like a good guy off the movie set as well, but i don't know enough of the couples past or what was involved, especially since i've never see or heard of this lady, but its so common for women trying to milk money out of celebrities and using bullsh#t as the reason.

Okay, don't have enough details here and it's really not our business; however, since she made this public: My God, woman, be personally responsible for your own debts! Grow up and suck it up - get a real job and live within your means. It will be a cold day in hell before I blame a man for a situation that I have found myself in. Eyes Wide Open!

No Marie, men italian or otherwise are suppose to take care of THEIR CHILDREN. Women like you are the reason men run like hell when they hear the word pregnant. Honest women get a job to support THEMSELVES, not have chldren. You should have a warning sticker slapped across your forehead, "Warning! Will get knocked-up for financial gain! Warning!"
