On tonight's episode of The Hills, Audrina Patridge and Kristin Cavallari finally come face-to-face in their contrived conflict over that loser Justin "Bobby" Brescia.

Audrina admits when she first heard that Cavallari was seeing her ex, "I wanted to distance myself." As in from the reality show, permanently, we're guessing.

"That's why I wanted to sit down with you," says Kristin. "He [said], 'Audrina and I were never together,' which I'm sure is hard for you to hear as a woman."

Patridge replies to her adversary, "I did meet with him for drinks the other night. He said basically you two were never together and that he never got over me."

Stung, Cavallari then sarcastically rolls her eyes. After that, Audrina Patridge added, "As far as Justin, keep your distance, and I'll keep mine. And that's it."

Snap. It's so ON. Choose your side:

The L.A. County District Attorney's office has formally charged Chidi Uzomah, 25, with felony stalking after he came looking for Ryan Seacrest last week in L.A.

He was also charged with two misdemeanor counts of disobeying a prior court order after allegedly assaulting a guard at Children's Hospital in Orange County.

Uzomah is ordered to stay clear of Ryan Seacrest, who he is accused of stalking Seacrest between September 15-October 30, the day he was arrested at E!

He came looking for Ryan where he does his daily radio show.

If convicted, he faces a maximum of four years in prison.

What's even scarier than the photos below, or the fact that he showed up looking for Ryan with a knife on him? Chidi Uzomah has serious military training.

Chidi Uzomah Picture

Chidi Uzomah, Jr.: Not at all terrifying.

Chidi Uzomah, Jr. is currently in the Army Reserves in Upland, Calif., having been trained as a front line soldier and assigned to the 426th Civil Affairs Battalion.

That's a part of the Army special forces, which is attached to the Green Berets.

Before Uzomah's gig in the 426th, he served in the California Army National Guard from April 2005-April 2009. He then transferred to the Army Reserves.

Uzomah was an ROTC Cadet at Cal State Dominguez Hills. Lt. Col. Nathan Banks, an Army spokesperson, said yesterday, "We apologize to Ryan Seacrest."

"Pending the outcome of the local investigation, the Army will decide what further action to take. We take all matters of our personnel seriously."

She may be leaving the Twilight Saga on bad terms, but Rachelle Lefevre won't take it out on her friends or fans.

The actress - who was replaced by Bryce Dallas Howard as Victoria in Eclipse - will suck up the pain and attend the New Moon premiere in L.A. on November 16.

"She'll be there," a source told Life & Style. "She worked so hard - she wouldn't miss it for the world."

While Lefevre is still angry at producers for how the situation was handled, "she's looking forward to reuniting with her New Moon castmates," said the insider, who added that there's no tension between her and any actors.

The movie opens nationwide on November 20. Are you still upset that Lefevre won't star in Eclipse?

Unlike her TV alter ego, Blake Lively doesn't party, get fake married, kill people, straddle her best friend's boyfriend during bar stool sex or any of that stuff.

But when it comes to Gossip Girl fashion, she and Serena van der Woodsen mesh.

“I dress just like Serena!” the 22-year-old actress tells the November issue of Nylon. “I own half her wardrobe, so it’s far too similar to how I dress!”

She loves the oddity of looking like her real self, but being someone so different.

“I feel ridiculous at times with her, because I’m, you know, killing someone or marrying someone, but I look like me. I’m like, ‘Oh, this is absurd.’”

Blake Lively in the new issue of Nylon.

Having her character's style be similar to her own isn't something common for Blake, who is rumored to be getting engaged to Penn Badgley in the near future.

“I hide behind the character’s hair, makeup or clothes. If I can transform myself, people will believe that’s who that is. And I need to believe that’s who that is.”

One fringe benefit of trying out a character? Getting into new products that she might not try on herself, including her latest beauty obsession: press-on nails.

“They’re really amazing,” she says. That and free handbags that may fetch four or even five figures in a boutique. Talk about job perks. Some girls have it all.

Harley-Davidson USA is saluting our fine men and women in uniform.

We'll join them in that endeavor, and praise their advertising methods.

A Sultry Dance

What better way to do so than enlist Marisa Miller to help pay tribute to “those who keep us riding free” in a promotional ad to support the troops.

Tell us this isn't one of the sexiest Marisa Miller pictures you've seen:

Marisa Miller is hot. Marisa Miller on a Harley in uniform? Really hot!

A reality TV show featuring ... David Hasselhoff?

One only about David Hasselhoff and what a wreck he is? Sure, it would be better if Jon Gosselin and Michael Lohan somehow joined him, but hey, sign us up!

A few weeks ago, David's daughter Twittered (and later deleted) what we thought was confirmation that her train wreck dad would be putting his life on the air.

Well, no air date has been set yet, but the Hoff project appears to be close, or at least under consideration, according to an A&E rep, who said: "We are in discussions about the possibility of a series, but nothing official at this time."

AMERICA'S GOT HOFF: David's disaster of a life might be coming to A&E!

Hoff's teenagers, Hayley and Taylor, no strangers to his candid, drunk antics, are also expected to appear in what is being billed as a poor man's Leave it to Lamas.

Just kidding. No one's billing it as that - but you believed it, right?

Not surprisingly, his ex-wife Pamela Bach will not be appearing in the show. We hope she coincidentally leaks a poor woman's Shauna Sand sex tape instead.

In closing, it's critical that you remember the following lesson:

If we've learned one thing in a life of celebrity gossip, it's that you don't hassle the Hoff. Unless he willingly puts himself on reality TV. Then he's fair game.

A couple weeks ago, NeNe Leakes confronted Michael Lohan on The Insider.

Please, don't ask us why those two were somehow featured on this entertainment news program.

In response to The Real Housewife of Atlanta telling him to suck it, Lohan said NeNe should lose some weight (though he used more colorful wording). Based on an OK! Weekly article, it looks like Leakes is taking that advice.

“My trainer has taught me to eat breakfast," Leakes said of fitness guru Tammy Stokes. “She said, ‘NeNe, you have to bite something in the morning to get your metabolism going.’ So I’ve learned to do that, and it works.

“Then I eat my lunch: lots of salads with chicken. I love to go out to eat for dinner, [but] I never order an entrée. The portion sizes today are very large. So I’ll order an appetizer.”

Who said Michael Lohan doesn't do any good in the world? Oh. Right.

Everybody says that.

Speaking about Chris Brown for the first time since he assaulted her back in February, Rihanna will break her silence later this week in a two-part interview with ABC's Good Morning America (Thursday) and 20/20 (Friday).

The 21-year-old star finally "tells her story" about what happened that night and how the former lovers have responded since then, according to a network promo.

Black and W

Brown, who was sentenced to five years of probation, 180 days of community labor and a year of domestic violence classes, has publicly apologized repeatedly.

Chris also blatantly pined for Rihanna on Twitter and YouTube quite recently.

Rihanna, whose new song, "Wait Your Turn," dropped today, has been silent.

The interview kicks off a PR tour for her highly anticipated fourth album, Rated R, which comes out November 23. It will be interesting to hear what she says.

Specifically, does she blame herself at all for the incident, in which Brown beat, choked and threatened her in a fit of rage - and does she forgive what he did?

Before that fateful evening in February, Rihanna and Chris Brown might have been the hottest couple in music. Now they're just a couple of hotheads in music.

With both celebrity gossip notoriety and ridiculous appearances going for them, it's no surprise that Kate and Jon Gosselin were Halloween staples this year.

A pair of celebrity duos themselves decided to go as the terrible tandem.

On Live with Regis and Kelly, Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa masqueraded as Jon and Kate, complete his and her stacks of $100 bills divided on the table. LOL.

Meanwhile, the gruesome twosome who relinquished their title of Most Painful Reality TV Couple to the Gosselins showed gratitude by dressing up as them.

Spencer and Heidi Pratt also lugged around eight dolls, a funny touch. Let's just hope that Speidi doesn't have eight children of their own someday. Yeesh.

Whose costumes were tops? Compare the faux Gosselins and vote below ...

Speidi as Jon and Kate

Who makes a better Jon and Kate?

Lil' Wayne is once again facing legal problems, although at least he's mixing in some copyright infringement with his usual means of running afoul.

Weezy, along with Birdman (also a rapper), have been slapped with a new copyright lawsuit by a Florida resident named Thomas Marasciullo.

L-Dubs

Marasciullo accuses both of using his voice without permission on albums.

His story goes like this: Back in 2006, Marasciullo was asked to record "Italian-styled spoken-word recordings" for Cash Money Records and is claiming those recordings were used on four tracks on Lil' Wayne's album Like Father, Like Son.

They also appear on Birdman's 5 (Star) Stunna record, he claims.

Lil Wayne is used to legal battles, but not of the copyright infringement variety. Mostly of the thug variety. The rap star is set to begin a prison term early next year.

Why didn't he figure this out years ago? He says he only learned his voice was being used after his daughter was trying to download Aretha Franklin's "Respect" for a ringtone, but mistakenly played the Lil Wayne song of the same name.

On a side note, his daughter must have been traumatized.

Marasciullo also claims that his son was fired from a recording engineer job with Cash Money Records after he started asking bosses for compensation.

Compensation for a job? What a novel concept. Marasciullo is suing Birdman and Lil Wayne, who is going to jail soon, Cash Money and Universal Music.

He is seeking unspecified damages from the rappers. He'd better hope Wayne has enough cash money left, having just had three kids in one year.
