Miley Cyrus Ogled... Hard
Based on her attitude, ego and appearance, Miley Cyrus often invites criticism wherever she goes.
Sometimes it's warranted. Other times, it's really warranted.
But there's just no excuse for what took place earlier this week. Can't a 16-year old walk down the street in fishnet stockings and a mini-skirt anymore without being totally checked out by some random dude?
Forget a Party in the USA. We have a feeling there's a party in this guy's pants right about now...

im a 17 yr old grl hu aint in 2 those type of clothes or w/e. (not the point but ohwell)...
if miley wernt famous there wudnt b a problem, but she is and that is. i understand she's a role model out there for kids-teenz but she aint the one tellin the kids 2 wear the type of clothes they wear, there parents let them (in my opinion is wrong since there kids)but you DONT have a right too trash a TEEN-grl, who is tryin to grow up in this damn world...if she never makes mistakes how she 2 learn from them. and how is wearin clothes make a grl a slut??? you peolpe need checkin out!!

Miley is to grown for age if i was her mom i would grab her by the hair and told her to stop being a HOT-TAIL!!!!! MILEY IS A COMPLETE LOSER WITH A CAPITAL L. gosh marj, sorry to burst your bubble, but "all girls" may want to look hot, but i think you're confusing hot with slutty. hot is dressing to suit your body, i agree, but fishnets used to be generally worn by prostitutes and showgirls and the like, and why would you want to look like that? also, why the hell would you want a skirt finishing just under your butt? (i know some girls do, for some unknown reason, but i don't. it would just be plain awkward...)
i think its disgraceful and disgusting that 13 year olds would want to wear that, i'm 15, actually, and would NEVER do that ever...and they're probably wanting to wear it because miley's wearing it. she's not setting a good fashion example in this picture. i don't think miley is ACTUALLY a slut, but she sure can dress like one.
