Breaking up is hard to do, especially for someone as passionate as Jon Gosselin.
But after taking a long, hard look at his life, and the douchebag he's become over the last six months, Jon has finally decided to part ways ... with his hair products, his Ed Hardy t-shirts, his diamond earrings, even his clubbing ways.

It might actually be funny, in a self-deprecating way, if there were even the slightest indication he was really reforming, or gave a $h!t about his children in real life, and weren't merely a self-absorbed loser subtly mocking his own critics.

Of course, if this is Jon's strategy for his $5 million lawsuit against TLC - convincing them that none of his antics actually occurred - then we'll buy it.

Jon-I couldn't stand to even look at a photo of you 2 days ago, but I'm pulling for the 'old Jon' now. This vid is like a tiny speck of light-but that is how every daybreak begins! Now, if you follow through, what a great example to your children that only dispare comes from self-serving decisions but it's never too late to change directions. You can do it Jon. The Gosselin kids do not deserve this jerk for a father. They're going to be mocked at school for this one for sure - "Hey Cara, did you see your dad drooling over some chick's boobs and making a fool of himself in that video?" Good parenting skills, I hope they show this video in divorce court.

This video is not funny. It is a thinly disguised F-U to all the litigants in the upcoming TLC lawsuit. Jon is still Jon..self absorbed and clueless
