I saw David Archuleta in concert on ll/24/09, the first night he performed in Salt Lake City. When he sang "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas" with his mom it was one of the sweetest things I have ever seen. David was in top form vocally for this concert. He sounded amazing!!David Archuleta is a true talent and doesn't need to use over the top gimmicks, etc. in his performances. He is fantastic in concert!!!

I love David so much. He is a gift from god. Im very touch with david and his mom singing. Both of them are talented and i can feel the love from Jesus.

What a wonderful performance between son and mother! It would make any mother proud to have a son like David! For Adam fans please don't attack David who is one of Adam's supporters. David has always said nothing but kind remarks about Adam and has always praised him and encouraged his own fans to check out his music. We tend to lash out at the ones who don't deserve this kind of lashing and David certainly doesn't deserve to be hit in the face with actions of his father or his AI colleagues. I like both for different types of music and we all know Adam is so talented that he doesn't need all the extra stuff to prove himself!

Thanks for the article and video! I heard David's first concert was great and the duet with his mom was adorable and a real surprise! David's my idol and my role model for being a nicer person. Love his Christmas album and I can't want to see him on this tour.

What? THG stands behind Lambert? He is all about fakeness. Fake outlook, fake personalities, fake gestures, and trust me. He is never sorry for what he did in public. He will do anything to get spotlights. Why? Because people fall for his tricks and buy his records.

I liked Adam very much when he appeared on Idol and was surprised when he didn't win. I also wondered why he needed to go on Idol because he said that he had worked professionally as a singer and I would have thought that he would have gained some fame from doing that. Now I think I have my answer. But I'm open to your thoughts and comments.

Actually I think that is what David would say about Adam. (He's not judgmental and that's one of the reasons I've remained a fan since the beginning. Love the guy.

These boys are both talented and awesome, just different. No one would ever watch tv if all of the shows were for children. So we have a choice. I was an Archie fan all through the show, but I was an Adam fan from day 1 too. Vive la difference!

I like both Adam and Archie, both or different reasons. Cutting down an artist you don't like is a waste of time. Just focus on who you like and don't worry about anything else. Some people look for trouble and waste a lot of energy in the process.

boring lol "mary had a little lamb" - I'll take a little more entertainment in my life. but she he is great for the kids - not that adam lambert is BAD for children come on. Its not like he runs around grabbing people crotches.

staciegirlie.....leave it to an Adam fan to make a comment like that about his father. Can David help what his father does? David can only live the life he knows is right and moral...he isn't living his father's life. Just like I can't live my children's life. I can only guide them to do and know what is appropriate and what isn't, but it is up to them what they do with this knowledge as they grow older. This is about David and Adam not their fathers. Everyone here said he was talented just not their cup of tea.

That's kind of a low blow staciegirlie. Archie has no control over what a family member does. If you actually read the article, they are saying they still support Adam. Adam is the one who admitted he went too far. Plus, I'd say the comments here have been fairly positive in recognizing that Adam is a talented guy. He doesn't need to do that stuff for attention. Or at least, not on t.v. I'm sure you're just one of many Adam supporters who is now going to come here and bash David Archuleta for no reason. That's too bad.

I think David Archuleta is just amazing. He protrays everything I would want to be in life. He is kind, has a good hear, and very very talented. I bought his Christmas From The Heart and it is just beautiful and that talent shines in this cd. Adam on the other hand is not my type of artist, but I am sure there are people that really like him....just not me.

No, leave the inappropriate stuff to Archie's father. Adam's a great role model too. You only want to look at the negative. Adam's raised more than $230,000 for disadvantaged schools. Adam has a great, personality as well and is equally as close to BOTH his parents. I guess you missed CBS's Early Show featuring Adam this morning.

No, leave the inappropriate stuff to Archie's father. Adam's a great role model too. You only want to look at the negative. Adam's raised more than $230,000 for disadvantaged schools. Adam has a great personality as well and is equally as close to BOTH his parents. I guess you missed CBS's Early Show featuring Adam this morning.

David is amazing! He is what most mothers would want their children to turn out like. He has morals, talent, and one of the sweetest kindest people I have ever seen. He is the real deal...there is no putting on with David. His emotions shows through with the songs he sings. I think Adam is talented but he is just not my cup of tea. I agree all the pushing men's head into his crotch, the kissing of other men on stage, the dragging women around like they are his slaves and pulling men on leashes needs to be saved for his fans not for people to see on tv. To me it was like he was better than these people...they were only good to use as his sex slaves. Something I don't want my children to see or be like. Sorry, but he is too talented to be doing all that.

I love David. I am proud to be a fan. He is grounded, humble, and ubertalented! A true class act with!
I have nothing against Adam, but singers that go over the top like that just turn me off. It's about the music, right? If you can sing, just sing!! I understand antics like that from Madonna and Britney because they have to distract you from the fact that they don't have good voices. Not the case with Adam, so I'm perplexed. Maybe I just haven't followed him after Idol. Anyway, David is my guy!!

I agree with Alice. Both David Archuleta and Adam Lambert are very talented vocalists. Other than that, they are polar opposites. I do think Adam went too far on the AMA's the other night, and I think his nerves affected his singing performance a bit. But, he will do fine, and I'm sure will keep it a bit more family friendly for certain t.v. appearances. His concerts will be a whole other story though. While Adam isn't my style, I respect his immense talent.
Love this video of David and his mom. Such a close bond there, and she is beautiful and talented. David was fortunate to get her genes. :)
