Dave is not the victim, he is the cheater who only came clean to his wife when he knew he was busted! they were together for 20 years and had a child together and Dave never felt guilty before knowing that his mistress who had naughty letters and photos slip into the hands of her ex boyfriend and boom he tried to blackmail Dave. Dave is an asshole who deserves the bed he has made. No respect for garbage. I do feel bad for his child and wife who now have live with it. Sad:(
she should stay away that way she don't find letteman's penis in her again...

I'll bet Dave's wife forced him to get Birkitt banned. If she didn't, she should. Dave paid for the girl's law school, then hired her to be his "personal attorney." Dave's wife has *got* to be pissed...

Even though he wasn't married at the time, he's been with his wife for over 20 years so he was screwing around while in a serious relationship. Yet, he was always bashing celebrities for sleazy behavior. I've been a fan of Letterman's since his short-lived morning show in the early '80s, so this is a huge disappointment. The whole thing stinks.
Telling how Dave always picked out very young Plain Janes to have affairs with. And yuck, he is old enough to be this young womans father. His wife and long time partner is as dull and plain looking as water too. He must feel very insecure about himself. I think his choice of these young rather plain women ~ Much younger with such blah looks is a very telling story about old Dave.

DAve is next.....it really is a shame...why didn't they just come out with it and have a relationship?!?! Funny thing, I bet many of us (including myself) look back on her "appearances" on the show and think..."hmmm, I wonder if she is screwing DAvid...they seem really close for a star & aide..."
