Still, did Miley's sister dress as a witch for a Halloween party hosted by actress Jamie Lee Curtis this weekend? No. A cheerleader? Guess again. A policewoman? Please.
The tyke apparently received permission from her parents to walk a red carpet in the following outfit:

Guess we were under the impression he'd draw the line at inappropriate attire for a girl that's four years away from being a teenger. Our bad.

I understand that its a costume, really I do. But there are hundreds of awesome witch costumes that would look good on her that are age appropriate. Just tone it down next year Noah, and you'll be fine.

What the hell? Does Billy Ray Cyrus LOVE the attention his daughters get for being over sexualised? :\ He's strange, very strange. She looks like a child prostitute, I watched a documentary on them once...was horrific.
