They are dividing the time on the girls birthday. 4-6 with him and 6-bedtime with her. She also gave him more weekend time, which he failed to read from her text. He is trying to make her look bad, she is trying to make sure the girls have a happy birthday and not the feel the tension in the room that will be there if Jon and Kate have to be in same room. He has proven she more than acted correctly the past 5 years.

From what I can surmise, Kate doesn't think its a good idea that the two of them are together on the girls birthday- I probably would feel the same way-them being together will ruin the girls day--the animosity is certain to spill over. -they should stay seperate from each other until they have cooler heads.

my parents went thru the same thing..and it was alot easier to see them seperately..instead of together..kids aren't stupid when it comes to how their parents act around each other..they well feel the tension and jon needs to be a FATHER and see that this is for the best..see never said that he well never see the kids..take the girls out separately..having you two together in one place...and jon well dish more shit on that again..poor kids..i feel for them..happy birthday girls..hope your parents don't make a fool of themselves even more

i dont like him at all! and they are like kids. if he cared about his kids then why did he take all the money and left her not able to pay bills? if he cared about his kids wouldnt he want to make sure they are well taken care of? he is an ass.

Now im not a parent, im only 16 and I can safely say that this is no good for their kids! Imagine growing up where your parents are more bothered about bitching about each other than about spending time with you.
Jon and kate need to grow up and realise that they are parents and that their kids need them. They also need to realise that everybody is sick and tired of their whining and bitching! Get a grip both of you! NOBODY GIVES A SH*T ANYMORE!

I bet, initially, we were all on his side...because Kate was a hard-lined ass-rider, always so snappy..(or at least portrayed one on the show)..what we didn't know was that he was a dumbass douchbag. You don't just wake up one day and become a piece of shit, like Jon is claiming with his epiphany bullshit story! Jon has always been a tool...now he is just proud of it and wants to be paid for it....by his children, of course.

Why in the hell is he still airing his dirty laundry for the world to see...yes, his kids live in the world and will be seeing this, before too long. Kate needs to have a gag order placed on his crazy ass, soon...that way, he cannot make honey money doing these shitty interviews....and she wont have to defend herself from his ongoing attacks....he is a piece of shit that people need to just forget about already!!
