i am in agreement with quest says you are not allowed as a medical professional to go outside the hospital or clinical setting to administrate any drugs that may be harmful or deadly to a patient and if we all can remember there was no other drugs found in michael jackson system whatsoever besides the drugs that was given to him by dr. murray by injection so who is to say michael jackson even ask for them by injecting medications in a person we can not determine if it was willfully or by force he did have several fresh injected sites on his arms and they did find a bloody t-shirt in his closet also if you look at his EMT photo michael face is swollen this could be from force or the fact he was dead for a period of hours and the body fluids and or blood had settled in his body, this is a case where the evidence is right in the faces of the LAPD and they are not paying attention to it it should have been turned over to the FBI seeing that they are better equiped to deal with murder cases

This doctor was an exessively over paid, trusted, irresponsible man who should pay for his mistake. His license should he revoked and he needs to be sentenced for a very long time. His negligence costed his family and fans a liftime of distress and sorrow. In overall good health, Michael was a caring, giving, and fun loving father, brother, son and human being. How dare he be taken from the world so suddenly. He had too many corrupt people around him. But, money buys alot of things....

Murray should definitely be held responsible for Jacksons death. He took advantage of a sick man and exploited him for money.

No matter what Michael wanted, as others have said here, Dr.Murray was negligent in the administering of a substance that is prohibited for use outside a Surgical Center or Hospital. Actually there were two medications that fit that description that Dr.M gave Michael that morning by his own admission. Then knowing full well that Michael was "UNDER" he left him for what is not the 3 minute pee break he said he took, but the 20-25 minutes that is accounted for in his second statement. Dr.Klein will also be charged as an accomplis, as will the girlfriend for being the go between for the shipments of the Diprivan and other meds. Fedx has records, and she knew what was going on over at MJs at night. So..there ya go..shes involved too. But the big thing is this. IF SOMEONE ESPECIALLY DR.MURRAY DOES NOT STAND TRIAL, IF HE IS SOMEHOW NOT HELD ACCOUNTABLE....THINGS WILL NOT GO WELL FOR THE AUTHORITIES IN LA. They should really do their best, and I have every confidence that they are, Thats what

I think that Dr. Murray is at fault for his death but now soley. Michael was hooked to the meds, but it was the Dr. responablity to make sure that he was monitored when he was giving the drug. So it still rest totally on the Dr. No body put a gun to he head to give it to Michael. Other than his adiction Michael was in good health. That is sad and those kids now have to grow up with out their father..

Murray will def be held responsible...i see him copping a plea in the future...slap on the wrist

Ultimately, Dr.Murphy was responsible for his M.D. Regardless of whether MJ wanted the drugs, demanded the drugs, or needed the drugs, Murphy is the person in charge and he had the power each and every time to say No. He didn't. He'll be punished.

Its time Dr's are held responsible for just handing out pain killer and drugs. Too many American's are addicted to these drugs and it is just way to easy for people to get them. He needs to be made an example of!
