September has been a wild month for bizarre, inappropriate outbursts and YouTube Hall of Fame moments, ranging from music to sports and even politics.
Which was the worst meltdown of them all? Let's review the contenders:
- U.S. Rep. Joe Wilson (R-S.C.) wasn't a celebrity until his "You lie!" outburst during President Obama's health care speech. That was an all-timer.
- Serena Williams, tennis legend, completely imploded with a profane tirade at a judge in the U.S. Open semifinals, leading to her disqualification.
- Kanye West interrupted Taylor Swift's acceptance speech at the MTV Music Video Awards and belligerently said Beyonce's video was way better.
None of the above are likely to live down these infamous tirades anytime soon. But which was the most inappropriate? Vote in THG's survey below ...
Whose outburst was the most inappropriate?

It's hard to pick a "worst", since all three people, Wilson, Williams, and West (hey....is this some kind of "w" conspiracy?) are simply horrid human beings with no sense of shame, dignity or respect for anyone other than themselves. They're boorish fools.
Wilson seems to be too ignorant of etiquette to know that he does owe his colleagues an apology. When you attend a public event and openly insult the host, you are also offending the other attendees and owe THEM an apology as well, not just the host. I don't know if this guy was brought up by wolves or what, but his manners are atrocious. Only people who similarly lack manners would approve his no-class behavior.
Williams was clearly raging out of control. She can continue to pretend that she doesn't remember exactly what she said, or come up with more coy excuses for why she did it, but her behavior was unacceptable. Period. Doesn't matter if somebody else did this or that. She did it. Accept responsibility or don't be surprised if nobody believes anything you're saying or respects you.
West has never been held accountable for his similarly rude behaviors in the past. Simply put, he continues to act like an egomaniac because he's never suffered any consequences. This isn't good for children, and it's not good for adults either. Straighten up and fly right, spoiled brats of the world. You're not as loved and forgiven as you think you are.
It's no accident that all kinds of articles and commentaries are now being published against the 'crudification' of America. It has gotten totally out of control. We can hardly even pretend to have any class anymore. Yes, it's that bad.

interesting that kanye is running away with this poll when his was actually the least significant in terms of consequences, cutting someone off at an awards show with the sole purpose of glamoirizing egotistical artists. serena got herself disqualified from the us open and is one of the most accomplished players in the history of the sport, while wilson cut off the president of the united states! i think that has to be tops, don't you think? it's unprecedented and completely uncalled for

While I feel like Wilson and West's behaviour was TOTALLY out of line, rude, and disresptful, I don't feel like either had a "MELTDOWN". Serena, on the other, went off and thretened the life of the judge due a footfault decision...MAJOR meltdown. Sorry, she wins!
