I am adding a comment to the post by "I don't understand" who compares Lady Gaga to Britney Spears. Really! These two have nothing in common whatsoever! Britney is on her way out while Lady Gaga is on her way up. She was just a stand in till someone else better than her came along. And maybe you don't understand what constitutes great pop music. Lyrics that are often meaningless and more a play on words. It's the music that becomes the message. The beat, the rhythm and the drive behind the song. Playful and yes meaningless. The reason why I love "Poker Face." Who cares what she's singing about. This song has power and drive. And I don't think Lady Gage is trying to be weird. She IS weird! Steve

Whatever she is, this lady is the hottest thing to hit the pop music scene since Madonna. But, there is something curious about her. I've seen pictures of her on magazine covers that look nothing like her at all and yet they say it's Lady Gaga. Did you see her at the Academy Awards singing with Elton John? She looked nothing like the lady you see in the videos. Almost like another person completely. Weird! But who cares, right? This woman is a powerhouse who is coming out with some of the best pop songs I've heard in ages. She is also a great performance artist.

How the heck does this lady have such a big following? This is pathetic, media is horrendous these days thanks to trashy reality shows and the likes of gaga who really have nothing to show as far as talent goes. Wearing Alexander McQueen's haute couture right off the runway is not shocking, it's unoriginal. Her music is pretty similar to Britney Spears, except it may have a Euro techno twist with jibberish jabber thrown in to make it seem "oh so unique and meaningful". There is nothing shocking about her, if she truly was so talented she wouldn't need to try so hard to set herself as an artist that's "shocking" and "different". Her work would speak for itself. Sorry but what is it that you people find so "amazing"???
