I understand Jons feelings about Kate because she did put him down and disrespected him constantly. However getting on T.V. and using the word despise bothers me if it should somehow get back to the children.I guess she was so overwhelmed with caring for 8 little kids, but she had help and he helped more than a lot of husbands. I always wondered why they never went to counseling, but Jon said she wouldn't go but he went on his own.The only real mistake he's making is getting involved with a 22 year old.He should chill out, stay away from young women(they are not good stepmother material)And focus on his kids. He should surround himself with good friends and family for now.I know both of these parents love their kids so that should be #1!!!Kate should try to mend fences with her family and former friends.I have not heard one friend or family member speak out on her behalf.Some have spoken out against her unfortunately.They still should go to counseling together. Again alot of people feel they know these people and I am sure you never met any of them. I myself dont really care for Kate but I will say this, there are two sides to a story so no one should pass judgement on either of them. What we can do as the public is not to encourage their rating to increase to continue to make money and putting their children through all this. What is so sad in this scenario is that Jon and Kate are so young they are acting like they are in high school, when you marry and when you have children your happiness goes on the back burner even if you have to bite your words for the sake of those precious kids, I am sure that they are deeply going to regret all this, when their kids hit their teenage years and they venture out, they will act out and have problems for sure, both of them need to shut up and not take another dime from anyone and just raise their children the good old fashion way.

How will your children feel when they see that you consider having them as taking away your 20's -- instead of bringing a blessing to them. They are all healthy. They made you wealthy. You want to inline skate, snowboard, play, play, play. You dropped out of school. (You could have easily gone back and made something of yourself.)
