The one thing that gets me about Kate is this.....
When ask a question she does not want to answer she uses the excuse... I'm doing it for my kids. Yes, I'm sure she is doing somethings for her kids but not all things. I'm sure she is enjoying some of that money on herself which i would too. As long as my kids are being taken care of. But, Stop with that excuse already.

OMG are you kidding me. Why is it that Kate can make an edited statement on the show and you see edited clips and she gets to be a certified Bitch. When they started this show they said they will be real. But if someone just followed you around work and only showed the clips of you talking about your boss and co-workers, having a moment with a difficult client, and taking a moment for you self on the clock. Would you be a bad worker or are u portrayed in a bad light. She never said she was perfect, hell in the opening credits to the show they say it is a CRAZY LIFE. How can you be seen as sane in Craziness.
But, what distrubs me is the fact that Jon made the comment that he needed a break, that he got married young, that he had children young, and that he had no time to grow up. Come on, these kids are living through a nightmare. Jon and Kate can try to hide all the tabloid magazines but they have cameras following then whether for the show or the tabloids. In addition, they are putting it all out there for everyone to see: The View, The Today Show, magazine interviews, etc. In the long run, Jon and Kate may try and be the best parents they can but how can these children not be looking towards years of counseling.

Thanks, Millie. Here is another example, of yet another indiscretion, that this man has created in his poor childrens' lives. Imagine when these kids get older, people. Please! Jon and his behavior is not something that just started, I am sure this has been going on for some time, along with the heavy drinking. I think he is an alcoholic.
Jon denies everything, it is always the fault of the other person, divorce, counseling, Kate would not take care of the dogs, she did promo work for books and he had to stay at home. WOW! Jon has stated he is concerned about the drinking as his father and grandfater had the disease. I think this is the untold story of the problems and the deep root of Kate not wanting to stay in this situation.

Sounds like Hailey is on here. I have read some comments from some people that are pretty much identical to Hailey Slutman's statement. Jon needs to remember, once it'S out there, You can't take it back. His kids will see this behavior played out on the internet at some point, guaranteed. He is embarassing them and is totally taking their well being for granted. Anyone who blames Kate ought to think, he was probably this stupid when he lived with her. I could not live with Kate for one day, but Jon is not perfect so she shouldn't get all the blame; it took the two of them to end up where they are at. And, until that divorce is final, they are married and having affairs.
I believe that one parent should have custody of the kids and live with them, and the other have visitation rights. Switching parents every week is not putting those kids in a stable environment. I find it interesting that Kate always refers to them as "my children" not "our children".
What is so attractive about Jon, except money, beats me. He and Kate sure seem to have extensive wardrobes and I don't think they were pinching pennies on their separate living places. LIFE CAN BE A CHALLENGE! jON AND kATE CLEARLY LOVE THEIR CHILDREN! Neither have emotionally abandoned their children. They have showed they do the best they can to create safety and security within the children that they both continue to love them. As a nurse and a single mom, Finances are equally important! Kate is building self esteem, and responsibility in her children. Thank-you kate for throwing in the towel, my children continue to enjoy your show!

People, PLEASE! I AM PRETTY SURE NOT 90% OF THE COMMENTS LEFT, ARE OF PARENTS THAT HAVE EVEN 4 CHILDREN, LET ALONE 8. I am a parent of 4, 1 set of twins plus 2 single births. I love my kids with all my heart and soul and if I was offered a reality show, so that I could put money away for my kids' future, heck yeah I would do it! If I could secure my children for the rest of their lives, heck yeah I would do it! Quit knocking Kate for making money.
