Jon Gosselin's lawyer is slamming a report from his former nanny Stephanie Santoro that he slept with her nine times (not 8 or 10) at his Pennsylvania home.
Specifically, she said he nailed her while his kids were asleep.
Kate's attorney is going to have a field day with this story.
Jon's attorney, Mark J. Heller, said in a statement:
"The content of the story is shocking, especially in light of the fact that a non-disclosure agreement purportedly prepared by the production company had been signed by the nanny before she started working with the Gosselin family."
So ... it's shocking, but not necessarily untrue? Mixed signals, Jon.
Stephanie Santoro says Jon Gosselin asked her for a massage one night while she was working as a nanny at his home, and the two ended up in a hot tub.
She says Jon used the epic pickup line, "Whatever you do, don't fall in love with me, because it's going to be impossible for me not to fall in love with you."
Panties? Off.
Photographers spotted her leaving his house the morning after she says this took place, so while that doesn't prove they had sex ... come on, they so did!
Santoro is far from the only mediocre girl Jon Gosselin has been rumored to be doing announcing his split from Kate. He has also been linked to 3rd grade teacher Deanna Hummel and former Star Magazine reporter Kate Major.

Don't blame Jon for his indiscretion. It's Kate fault. She put him out of the house and would not have sex with him. After all, did she not tell him he could do whatever as long as he show up for the show. Guess what Kate he did now get over it. I don't agree with his lifestyle because of the children and the divorce. But as far as hurting Kate, I could care less. She was the one that opened the barn door now that he's out she wants him back. As the old says, "what goes around comes around.

You are so right ANN. This is all Kate's fault. Jon had to sleep around with everyone he could because of Kate. Jon had to go out and party like crazy because of Kate.
SO I guess anytime I go crazy and do something stupid I can blame someone else. Let's see... my parents, my husband, and you know that person I passed on the street didn't say hello to me. Seriously, I wish we would hold people responsbile for their actions! He is not a child but he sure is acting like one.

Jon and Kate both should be ashamed of themselves for thinking only of themselves and not of their children. That's the problem with so many marriages today. I think the kids should have a contract signed by both parents that if the marriage fails the kids get to decide EVERYTHING - Where they will live and with whom and who gets control of all monies earned from the reality show until the kids are old enough to take control of the money for themselves. That would be a real shocker to Jon and Kate and perhaps make them THINK TWICE about what they're doing.

obviously ANN doesn't have kids! You can't be passive when you have kids, especially 8 of them! if he couldn't speak up for himself then he needs to blame himself and regardless of that, being passive and having a wife that speaks up for herself and her kids, doesn't mean he gets to cheat! He has to realize that all this doesn't hurt Kate as much as it does the kids! He needs to grow up!! Those kids will grow up hearing all this and learn to hate him because of it!

It's always someone else's fault when something goes wrong, Jon chose to leave when they both decided to separate. What's his real excuse. They are both adults enough to deal with their problem but instead chose to give up like it means nothing. Jon is just as responsible as Kate.
