Breaking Douchebag News: Jon Gosselin Axed! Show Renamed Kate Plus 8!
Great news for Jon Gosselin: he'll soon have more time on his hands to flirt with anyone with boobs and possibly get into Las Vegas threesomes.
The attention-starved, vagina-hungry father of eight has officially been axed from the TLC series that made him famous, as the network announced this morning the show would only feature Kate Gosselin.
As of November 2, it will be titled Kate Plus 8.
"Given Jon's recent antics, there was no way the show could continue to portray him as a doting Dad, not while all this other crap was going on," a source told People.
After Jon and Kate announced plans to separate in June, the series took a six-week hiatus and returned on August 3 to just 4.3 million viewers. Since then, Jon has gone public with his relationship with Hailey Glassman and said he despises his ex-wife.
"Given the recent changes in the family dynamics, it only makes sense for us to refresh and recalibrate the program to keep pace with the family," TLC president Eileen O’Neill said in a statement. "The family has evolved and we are attempting to evolve with it; we feel that Kate’s journey really resonates with our viewers."
Moreover, O'Neill implies, Jon Gosselin is a giant douchebag.

That isn't right but that is what he wanted ... He want to decide when he filmed and when he didn't so now you get axed from the whole deal... That was your fault....

With 8 kids Kate needs the job. what else could she do to make to
make enough money. Will she have to pay that sleaze

They need to get rid of this stupid show and shame on kate for exploiting those little kids. She has sacrificed her family for fame and fortune and it is sad. I will never watch that show.

They are beyond annoying. There are so many awesome people on this planet and our country focuses extensively on these two dorks. What a shame.

Good for TLC! I haven't watched the show yet this season. Now with him more out of the picture I will watch again. There is just something so endearing about those 8 kids. I am so glad he is off the show, maybe he will be out of the news too and we won't have to hear about him chasing young girls and babysitters any more.
