I always thought Stephanie was pretty, and more down to earth than Heidi, Her sweet and innocent ways, now she is still pretty, but looks like the rest of the hollywood stars, PLASTIC, why Stephani, God made you beautiful, why do you want to screw up his great job, just my opionion. HER NOSE LOOKS BETTER, BUT THOSE LIPS ARE SO FAKE, HER FACE LOOKS ALL PLASTIC, ALL SHE NEEDED WAS HER NOSE FIXED, ALL THESE YOUNG GIRLS THAT GO UNDER THE KNIFE, WHEN THEY AGE WILL LOOK LIKE JOAN RIVERS. IT IS VERY SAD.

I agree with Kristen. I think her nose looks a lot better now, actually. She just went overboard with the lips.
But either way I don't really think she was or is that cute.

she looks terrific! Im glad she fixed her nose, her lips are pretty, its just that we arent used to them. if she had these lips naturally, I think people would ask for lips like her. Just like everyone want lips like angelina jolie.

Okay, the nose job is fine-she actually looks alot better with it, but the lips are freaking ridiculous. She's now crossed over into the category of "porn star." And dear god, the resemblance to Aubrey O'Day is nothing short of horrific. I think the problem with plastic surgery is that these people just don't seem to know when to stop.
