According to Carrie Prejean, we now know what Jesus would do.

He'd exploit his religion like Denise Richards exploits her children, ignore the concept of forgiveness and seek as much money and retribution as humanly possible.

Following her June 10 dethroning as Miss California, Prejean has filed a lawsuit against pageant officials Shanna Moakler and Keith Lewis.

As first reported by TMZ, the suit doesn't name Donald Trump (even though he's the one that fired her), and it accuses Moakler and Lewis of religious discrimination, defamation, public disclosure of private facts, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligent infliction of emotional distress.

The final accusation is our favorite: Prejean is suing two people for accidentally hurting her feelings.

According to Carrie, Miss California officials "fabricated a fraudulent list of some 50 public appearances allegedly missed by Prejean which they released to the media in order to justify her termination as Miss California USA" and tried to "set up Prejean to have her dismissed as Miss California USA by asking her to do a Playboy photo shoot for $120,000."

Possibly delusional and hate-filled actor Jon Voight appeared on Fox News' Huckabee this weekend and slammed Barack Obama for being arrogant, forcing his policies on America and essentially playing God when it comes to health care.

According to Jon, we are "witnessing a slow and steady takeover of our true freedoms" and becoming a "socialist nation" thanks to Obama and "civil unrest."

Indeed, there is rioting in the streets as we look out the window of The Hollywood Gossip office park right now. There is so much civil unrest it's ridiculous.

All we wanted was for things to stay the way they were, and for government to do nothing. But the takeover is happening so fast, we just gotta start looting.

Other observations made by the father of Angelina Jolie:

• We are told what cars we can drive, and how much we can make.
• Health care is a "personal crusade" of Obama that no one wants.
• "They" are taking away God's first gift to man, "our free will."
• The economic stimulus plan simply did not work.

The 70-year-old actor also says the President is "forcing upon" Americans something they do not want, even though their elected representatives will ultimately decide its fate by voting, and be held accountable in ensuing elections.

The death of DJ AM was the result of an accidental drug overdose and not a suicide, according to law enforcement sources, and it stems from a tragic source.

A recovering addict, the 36-year-old celebrity DJ developed a dependency to Xanax and other benzodiazepines (drugs used to treat anxiety) as a result of the plane crash he and Travis Barker famously (and miraculously) survived a year ago.

DJ AM understandably developed major anxiety over flying - something he had to do frequently for his job. Doctors began prescribing Xanax and other anti-anxiety medications to help him, but the drugs triggered a relapse into addiction.

Benzodiazepines are particularly dicey for recovering addicts, and sources say DJ AM's relapse was "recent" - he was not abusing for a prolonged period.

R.I.P. Adam Goldstein, a.k.a. DJ AM (1973-2009).

People close to the case also say that his death had "absolutely nothing to do with his recent breakup" with Hayley Wood, which has been speculated.

As of right now, evidence strongly indicates that the cause of DJ AM's death Friday afternoon will be a mixture of crack cocaine and benzodiazepines.

AM recently said that when he was an addict, crack was his drug of choice.

It's a shame that his addiction, which he kept at bay for 11 years, reared its ugly head again and claimed the life of someone so widely respected and liked.

This just in: Taylor Lautner is a total stud muffin!

The Twilight Saga star is featured in the October 2009 edition of Teen Vogue, an issue that goes on sale September 8 and is sure to rank among the highest-selling copies of the magazine in its history.

While Lautner avoids controversial topics, such as Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson, in his interview with the publication, he looks exceptionally good in a photo shoot, while also touching on a number of topics. Such as...

Celebrity fashion designer Anand Jon Alexander will learn what his sentence will be for sexually assaulting several aspiring models he lured to Los Angeles.

Then he's off to New York, to face similar charges!

Anand Jon, 35, may be imprisoned for the maximum possible under the law – three terms of 53 years and six months to life - if prosecutors get their way.

He was convicted on 14 counts of rape back in November. Some of his victims, ranging in age from 14-21, are expected to speak at his sentencing today.

Prosecutors said Anand Jon Alexander found women online, baited them with promises of glamorous photo shoots and modeling work, only to fondle or rape them at his Beverly Hills apartment ... yeah, 53 years sounds about right.

The rape case also included allegations of jury tampering by his sister, Sanjana, juror misconduct and Alexander's bizarre decision to represent himself.

Anand Jon Alexander will be spending a long time in jail.

In July, Superior Court Judge David Wesley found both juror Alvin Dymally and Sanjana Alexander in contempt of court after Dymally pursued a romantic relationship with her when he spoke to her by phone twice during the trial.

Alexander has been featured on America's Next Top Model and worked with such celebrities as Paris Hilton and Mary J. Blige. His website lists dozens of A-listers as clients, including Hilton, who is described as a fan of Alexander's jeans.

Beverly Hills police began investigating Alexander in March 2007. He is under indictment in New York on similar charges involving nine women.

After more than two months of never-ending rumors regarding the paternity of Michael Jackson's three children, this latest one might take the cake.

The paper claims the late King of Pop asked the child star to donate sperm and that "Mack never let him down... deep down, I think he always wished Mack was his son. Having him create Blanket was the next best thing."

The two celebrities became "best friends" after Culkin shot to fame in the 1990 box office hit Home Alone. Culkin is 29 now, making him 10 at that time.

We know, it's really weird.

Culkin is godfather to Michael Jackson's two older children, Prince I and Paris Michael Jackson. Blanket's real name is Prince Michael Jackson II.

The actor has reportedly told close friends he will not comment in public regarding these rumors out of loyalty to his late BFF Michael Jackson.

However, "This isn't just chitter-chatter," the Sun's source says, without really elaborating on it. "Even Culkin suspects he's Blanket's father."

The Macaulay Culkin rumors are just the latest to arise regarding the three children, who Michael Jackson may or may not be the real father of.

Other speculation includes:

• That Dr. Arnold Klein, the boss of Jackson's ex-wife Debbie Rowe, is the biological father of Prince I and Paris, and Rowe their mother
• That former child star Mark Lester, like Klein a close Jackson friend who gave his sperm to the star, is the father of Paris Jackson
• That Michael Jackson fathered a love child 25 years ago named Omer Bhatti
• That Omer's mother, Pia Bhatti, went on to become the mother of Blanket
• That Jackson had another son named Prince Michael Malachi Jet Jackson

Who knows who's next. Until then, the Macaulay Culkin speculation trumps all ...

For years on American Idol, Paula Abdul stood and cried over pretty much any performance.

A few weeks ago, though, the wacky singer had to "stand on my principle" when it came to an offer she considered to be unfair. As a result, she bid farewell to the show that resurrected her career.

In her first interview since the much-balleyhooed departured, Abdul opened up to TV Guide Magazine about the "amazing experience" of American Idol, as well as where she goes from here...

On Idol memories: I feel like I have been such a big, huge part of the success of the show from day one. I loved being able to be the artist's artist; being there from my point of view of knowing what it feels like to be vulnerable and to be out there wanting to achieve the most magical moment in a minute and thirty seconds. To be able to do that was an amazing experience and the show was wonderful for me in that regard.

On watching future seasons: Of course I will. I'll watch it as much as I can. I had some really unforgettable moments that hit plateaus for me and I'm very blessed to have been a part of what made television history.

On ever returning to the show: That's a hard question to answer right now. I mean, I don't think I can answer that right now.

On why she left: I stand on principle where many people stand on money. I'm a hard-working artist. I've lasted in this business for 23 years. And you can't do that unless you are good at what you do. I believe in myself and you have to have your own self respect. And sometimes decisions are very difficult to make, but I've always believed that at the core I'm a survivor. There's not one thing I've done that I've really set my mind to that I've failed at.

On what she'll do next: I definitely want to do a talk show because it would be different... I'm an actress. And it's time I started getting out there and doing it.

The Hills just doesn't feel like The Hills without Lauren Conrad.

The Hills is really not The Hills without LC and Audrina Patridge.

Just the same, the reality star says she's just about outta there.

"I'm almost done with The Hills. We are currently in the middle of finishing the episodes for this fall, and I'll be leaving then," the 24-year-old revealed at a press event for her new thriller Sorority Row Sunday in Los Angeles.

"It feels like I'm graduating," the girlfriend of Corey Bohan added. "I'm taking the next step and growing up and maturing and moving on in my life."

We can't wait to see what career endeavors await this hottie.

Audzo, who is developing her own reality show with Survivor producer Mark Burnett - said she would like to pursue acting as well as reality TV projects.

"I moved to L.A. to be an actress, and before The Hills, I was going to auditions and working at [film studios] Quixote and Smashbox," Patridge said.

She credits The Hills with helping her be "comfortable in front of the cameras." But most likely she got tired of being effed with by producers, like LC.

"It’s helped me a lot going to auditions and sitting in front of the camera," Audrina Patridge said. "Blocking the camera out, just getting into character."

Getting into character. On a "reality" show.

The new season of The Hills, now starring Kristin Cavallari and featuring more contrived romances and feuds than ever, premieres Septeber 29 on MTV.

Jon Gosselin is finally ready to break his silence.

In a formal, sit-down interview, that is. Lord knows that guy runs his mouth to celebrity gossip tabloids pretty much 24-7, resulting in more inopportune sound bites and contradictory statements than you can even keep track of.

Good Morning America scored the first post-divorce interview with the nation's most eligible d-bag bachelor. On Friday, Jon sat down with GMA to talk about ex Kate Gosselin, the network that started it all (TLC) and his future career.

In her recent media tour, Kate Gosselin has remained fairly neutral, or at least just let the softballs sail past her whenever she's asked about Jon.

Will America's biggest player do the same?

A source on set during the taping tells E! that Gosselin was "very open and honest" about his feelings toward Kate and the future of Jon & Kate Plus 8:

"TLC has had him on a gag order and he's sick of it ... Jon basically comes right out and says he's worried the show is exploiting his eight children."

Okay, so he's sick of the cameras following his eight kids around, but that doesn't mean the King of Pimps, who hosted a Las Vegas pool party packed with scantily-clad babes Saturday, is ready to leave the spotlight himself.

"Jon says he doesn't see himself as a celebrity, but because the public now does, it makes it hard to go back to a normal life and a normal job," says the source.

"He wants to stay in the TV industry, and he has a lot of ideas."

Naturally, when Jon got wind of this E! News report, he got on the horn and said the complete opposite: "I'm not saying TLC is exploiting my children."

"I have said on numerous occasions TLC has afforded my kids a better life and provided a better roof on their heads," the lover of Hailey Glassman adds.

He did say that "What I do believe is the media and tabloids covering my family and the show for their own financial gain are the ones exploiting them."

The interview is scheduled to air in the next week.

Remember when we said Las Vegas was growing so desperate for party hosts that it hired Jon Gosselin and Amber Rose?

The city truly showed how hard up it is for celebrities when it actually dug a skeleton out of the ground and propped her up on the red carpet of the Wet Republic pool party at the MGM hotel on Saturday.

Oh... wait. That's actually 90210 star AnnaLynne McCord. Our bad. The protruding bones and utter lack of body mass threw us off.

McCord was in Vegas to wear an ugly bathing suit and promote the second season of her CW hit, which premieres on September 8. It's possible that co-star Shenae Grimes was also on hand, but turned sideways during the event and vanished entirely.

It's a little-known fact that AnnaLynne McCord's head weighs more than the rest of her body. Someone really needs to get this actress a cheeseburger. Click on the photos below to see what we mean...
