Actually, I have a cousin who is a 'hermaphrodite', and she looks absolutely normal in underwear and bathing suits.
Now, hermaphrodites don't develop testicles, but in case you are unaware, the female clitoris is actually an under developed penis. It is the same organ basis.
To medically be considered a hermaphrodite can merely be a result of an over developed clitoris, which would appear like a tiny penis (on average, half the size of your thumb, but in some freak cases they have grown to about the size of a pinky finger.)
If Lady Gaga is, in fact, a 'hermaphrodite', I very much doubt that she has a 'dick' like some people are insisting, and it should be nothing worse than a slightly odd looking vagina with a larger than average clitoris.
