American Idol just got a whole lot cuter.
As the show looks to replace Paula Abdul, there's a good chance it continues to rotate random singers alongside Simon Cowell, Randy Jackson and Kara DioGuardi during various audition episodes.
And those lucky enough to try out in Dallas next week will perform in front of Joe Jonas! The musician will take over for Victoria Beckham and Mary J. Blige, the show's first two guest judges of the new season.
Meanwhile, as first reported by The Los Angeles Times, Kelly Clarkson is nearing a deal to join the judge's table later this summer.
Other judges confirmed for American Idol include Katy Perry and Shania Twain.

nah i dont think they should put that hoe guy on the show, honestly he hansnt earned his place like the other judjes and i pretty much think he just wont fit in. keep paula or even better put on mariah!! :D

i think most girls now will go to meet joe or freak out and scream! and i dont think hes the type to say no to some person who cant sing!

All I can say is American Idol has made a BIG BIG mistake by letting Paula get away. The show will never be the same. The chemistry between Paula and Simon was so much part of the show. She will be missed greatly. Most people watched to see them two as much as seeing the talent. Good Luck Paula

noo that'll be such a terrible idea joe absolutely sucks. Paula may have been unfuctional at times but at least that was funny. now im just gonna be pissed off when i watch the show. ill probably stop, joe is gonna ruin it. and by the way adam lambert was the best

YAYYY! I LOVE LOVE LOVE JOE AND ALL HIS BROTHERS the show is gunna be so awesome. And to all hte people complaining about him "ruining the show" but hes only on for ONE night THATS it then there will be another guest judge so if you hate him then just dont watch it that day.
