The cover photo of Heidi Montag’s Playboy spread for the September 2009 issue of the risque men's magazine has been revealed ... by husband Spencer Pratt.

The Hills gruesome twosome pimped out the latest Playboy issue on the red carpet at the special screening of G.I. Joe: The Rise Of Cobra in Los Angeles.

    Wow, how ugly. The inside photos are awful to. I subscribe to playboy. This is one edition I refuse to pay for. Gag me. Someone needs to feed her a cheeseburger. If her boyfriend will allow it.
