Carrie Prejean Files Religious Discrimination Lawsuit, Is an Awful Human Being
by Hilton Hater at .According to Carrie Prejean, we now know what Jesus would do.
He'd exploit his religion like Denise Richards exploits her children, ignore the concept of forgiveness and seek as much money and retribution as humanly possible.
Following her June 10 dethroning as Miss California, Prejean has filed a lawsuit against pageant officials Shanna Moakler and Keith Lewis.
As first reported by TMZ, the suit doesn't name Donald Trump (even though he's the one that fired her), and it accuses Moakler and Lewis of religious discrimination, defamation, public disclosure of private facts, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligent infliction of emotional distress.
The final accusation is our favorite: Prejean is suing two people for accidentally hurting her feelings.
According to Carrie, Miss California officials "fabricated a fraudulent list of some 50 public appearances allegedly missed by Prejean which they released to the media in order to justify her termination as Miss California USA" and tried to "set up Prejean to have her dismissed as Miss California USA by asking her to do a Playboy photo shoot for $120,000."
There are some holes in this story, of course. For example, we've actually seen the emails between Lewis and Prejean. It's simply untrue that Miss California asked her to pose in Playboy. (Also, Carrie writes like a fourth grader.)Trump cited Prejean's insistence of disobeying her contract as the basis for her firing.
It seemed like a reasonable decision, considering Prejean posted topless on two different occasions and lied about it in her Miss California contract. She also granted interview requests without first running them by her employer.
Because it's been awhile since Carrie Prejean was in the news (and we've missed her like a case of the chicken pox), refresh your memory of these half-naked pics by clicking on the photos below:

What happened to her looks like she was set up. Immediately after her statement they had not enough material to fire her without loosing their face. They said nothing then. But in a few months they did what it takes to have what they needed. Justice has to look into it but is a classic move for an employer who wants to fire but lacks real ground for that.
Anne, I will not begin to break down your statement, and how you address this subject as though we all see the world (morally) from your viewpoint. It is pointless to do so with a mind as simple as your own. If we all agreed that homosexuality is a condition, your point would be well made. What you don't get is that that is exactly the debate we're all having. How f-ing hard is that to understand? And if I hear one more bigot exclaiming about their gay friends I will truly vomit. You are a friend to no gay person, ma'am. Any gay person who counts you as a friend either does not know you or has their own issues of self-loathing to work out. I also want to commend you for your sense of humor on the "one man and one woman FOREVER". Let's see if you can figure out what's funny about that.
Carrie deserves to win big from this. No one deserves the vile treatment that she has had to bear simply because she presented an honest answer to a question she was forced on her. I've never seen such a hateful campaign in my 62 years on this planet. Maybe a million dollars for each day since Hilton led the vulgar, vile attacks.... too bad he's not paying??
I hope Carrie Prejean wins simply to show that free speech belongs to everybody, not just the sickos that think that morals are a form of bigotry. Marriage IS and ALWAYS has been between one man and one woman FOREVER, but even the straight liberal media gets married for the party not for the real meaning. I have gay friends, gay neigbors and gay co-workers and I pray for them just as I do for my infertile sister, my alcoholic friend, my friends deaf and blind child and my friend who is suffering from breast cancer. We all have crosses to bear, stop whining and stop making excuses! Go Carrie!
