Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron make up one of the most stable couples in Hollywood.

But don't expect them to walk down the aisle any time soon.

"I think [marriage and starting a family] is great," Hudgens told People when asked about her future. "but I'm so focused on my career right now that it doesn't really cross my mind."

Regarding her professional outlook, Hudgens is excited about starring in more mature fare than High School Musical.

She might actually get naked in the Zack Snyder-directed drama Sucker Punch.

"The fact that kids look up to me in my role as Gabriella is flattering," Hudgens said of her best-known character. "But at the end of the day, I want to do R-rated films, and I want to do things that are a bit edgier, so maybe some kids can't see some of them.

"I just think it's really important to try different things. I think a lot of people get stuck doing the same routine, and I'm just not content with that. I love trying new things and doing new hobbies and just exploring life."
