This info is in reference to Bri. Anytime you are in the presence of a lawyer, the very first question that is asked is are
there children involved and are there other children that you know about. Those are the exact words that are brought forth when you have an attorney representing you.I will say this again. Unless Michelle is not knowledgeable or is very selfish, there should not have been any reason why she did not include the other two sons in the info for the estate. I know that those were questions brought forth to her when she went in to settle and make
plans for the estate. That is one of the reasons why the info is
being exposed so much because it is wrong and it is also a way to
educate others because there is going to be a very messy fight
about the estate. I hope everyone who reads such info will make
a plan to get their business in order if you have not already done so.

I think Mechelle is being cautious, not vindictive. I understand that paternity tests will be administered to prove that the other two sons are his. This is best for all involved. After the tests, if they are indeed Steve's sons, then there will never be doubt. Should the tests prove otherwise, then only the true heirs will benefit. What I can't get over is that McNair was only paying $500 per month to one of the two older sons. There is obviously more than meets the eye in this situation. A formal will would indeed prevent all of the speculation.

and please realize i wasn't counting steve mcnair's death as a lottery. i was just comparing it to something a little less tragic. I would never want to wish anyone the feeling of going through what I am sure Michelle McNair is experiencing.

Why is she as a mother being judged for protecting her kids? Would you be concerned if you happened to win the lottery for a kid that has NO relation to you? I'm not saying it is right, but she is certainly not vindictive because she didn't name them. She is doing right by her kids, and that makes her a good mother. If she had named them I'm sure people would be saying she was dumb for not getting paternity tests. I'm pretty sure that every decision she is making is being made with a lawyer as well, so I'm sure the lawyer advised her of what decisions are the best.

I agree with the boss lady. It seems as though Mechelle might
have been one of those ladies who possibly interferred with the
previous relationship that had been established before with the other two sons. I say this because she seems so selfish. I have observed other relationships similar to that one according to age
etc., and the women are totally for themselves. To literally list
only herself and the two sons she has is so selfish. I say selfish
because she is a nurse and taht means that you are supposed to be
educated. I felt so bad when I heard this because the first thing
that came to mind was another black person's assetts to thrown around and distributed by some lawyer who would not have the best interest

She knows those kids are his. Those kids are older than hers, and she's just being vindictive.
