Solange's New Bald Haircut: Hot or Not?
Solange Knowles, the lesser-known and long-suffering sister of Beyonce, has long resented the inevitable comparisons to her famous diva sibling.
She once joked that she would "go crazy like Britney" if people kept comparing her to her sister. Well, people apparently didn't heed her warning.
With her new haircut, Solange is channeling her inner Britney Spears in a big way. And by "haircut," we mean shaved head. We mean Solange is bald.
B's little sis hit the streets of L.A. in a new shorn hairstyle yesterday. The 23-year-old completely shaved off her locks for a "low-maintenance" look.

I love Solange's natural locs. A woman should be able to embrace her natural beauty without being labeled "mental" Solange is beautiful, and I myself have just recently embraced my natural curly locs; does that make me insane? bat$h!t insane? really? It is her hair, and she can do whatever she wants. It is websites like this that make women (especially BLACK women) feel they have to fit a certain mold to be viewed as beautiful. I have a head full of hair now, nice hair. And I have been thinking about cutting it all off to grow out my relaxed hair and go NATURAL. This is natural, this is beautiful. get off it.

Why does she have to be crazy for wearing her hair naturally? And did the definition of bald change recently? Last time I heard bald was having no hair at all. Looks to me like Solange has hair and beautiful hair at that. Go girl!
