All i want to ask is "where is the proof?"
Michael's insurance company acted on his behalf without his consent and payed a settlement due to him going into depression himself after the allegations, in order to continue on from what they felt was not a profitable Michael jackson.
The first kid's mother was convicted of scamming other organizations after the trial, and the second kid's father was recorded saying that "if he won this, he won big time".
So what's left? "He's weird so stop applauding him"?? "I don't like him so i'm going to ignore all the facts and plainly not even attempt to research the subject"?

This is the way I see it. We have holiday's and momorial's for men in service. So don't say we don't honor them. Michael Jackson was acquitted. So as a congress men aren't you supost to with hold the law. The real criminals are the parents of his acusser. I feel that Mr. King is precisely right about the media coverage. It is completely sickening. I do not often write things on line but the hoopla the media is now engaging in against Mr. King is making me irate.
I grew up listening to the Jacksons and I have fond memories of his art. However, even though he was acquited, there is no doubt that he was a very disturbed individual. The proof is in the lab upon autopsy. There is no one that would allow a child they love to be alone with Michael no matter the verdict. Good parents would not chance it.
Let's just take the whole child molestation incidents out of it for a second. What about hanging an eight month old baby out of a window. I remember wincing as he dragged that poor baby's little feet over the iron balcony. What kind of person does that?

Fact:1 He was accused twice and paid the first accuser if there had been any real evidence of criminal activity in the first instance payment not withstanding CRIMINAL CHARGES would have been filed! The payoff of those kinds of fluff suits was and is common pratice. Face:2 the first accuser has since come forward and said the accuscations were NOT TRUE and were motivated by money! Fact:3 HE WAS AQUITTED ON ALL CHARGES IN THE SECOND INSTANCE NO PROOF PEOPLE! I assumed we are innocent if proven so in a court of law! First of Mr. King you are making harsh accusations for which you have no proof. Second, look up the Guinness World Records book and you will find that Michael Jackson actually did do a lot for this world. He was part of 39 different charities, and donated MILLIONS to their causes. The man has not been buried yet and there you are defaming him. Mr. King there is better ways to get your name in the news than attacking a man that cannot defend himself. I have no idea how you got into congress but I’m ashamed that people like you are running this country.
