It's a fashion face-off for the ages. Or at least for a Thursday morning in early July before a holiday weekend. Hey, it involves Erin Lucas. Not exactly prime time.

The former friend of Whitney Port and co-star on The City, who left the show yesterday to pursue "hosting" opportunities, showed off her modeling skills in a blue Bilingual Clothing dress at a People magazine event in N.Y.C. recently.

Meanwhile, America's favorite HO-tel heiress hit a premiere in the same peacock-patterned dress. Always nice to see Paris Hilton pictures that aren't half-naked.

Who wore it better? Tell us below ...

Who looked best in this dress?

What did you do this morning? Wake up, drink a cup of coffee, brush your teeth?

Well, Kevin Jonas may have done all those things, too, but he added another important errand to his list: he proposed to Danielle Deleasa!

As first reported by People, the singer showed up at his girlfriend’s doorstep in New Jersey early this morning and dropped to his knee to ask for her hand in marriage with a cushion-cut diamond ring. Her response?

“She said yes, yes, yes like 500 times super fast in a row," Jonas said.

Kevin arrived in Jersey hours after entertaining fans in Vancouver, a concert he admits "was tough...  knowing that I was going to ask the biggest question in my life to the most amazing girl in the world."

As for Deleasa, who met Kevin in the Bahamas in 2007, she said of the engagement: “It still feels like a dream.”

Brother Nick Jonas, meanwhile, is pretty much back together with Miley Cyrus. Will he be the next to get hitched? Stay tuned!

Perhaps the love between good friend Kendra Wilkinson and her new husband Hank Baskett rubbed off on Holly Madison.

Or maybe Criss Angel has performed his greatest magic trick yet.

But whatever the motivation, Star Magazine reports that the former Playboy model has rekindled her relationship with the Las Vegas magician. The couple had broken up in March.

“Holly still had feelings for Criss, so around mid-June she gave him a call,” said a source. “She was thrilled when he asked to meet for drinks. They’ve seen each other a few times since!”

Guess Madison won't be going back to Hugh Hefner after all. Sorry, old man.

Miley Cyrus was born in November 1992.

Michael Jackson's last hit song, "You Are Not Alone," topped the charts less than three years later.

So while we don't doubt Cyrus was somewhat affected by the death of Jackson, the lengths to which she's grieving cause us to wonder about her intentions. Come on, Miley, was Michael Jackson really your "hero," as you Tweeted this week?!?

Or, like Lindsay Lohan, are you simply using the passing of a music icon as a means to divert attention to yourself and your fake personal mourning process?

Above the Twitter message Rocking out to 'BAD' in my bathroom. MJ is my hero!, Cyrus posted the following photo today:

Miley on MJ

Look, Jackson reshaped the world of music in numerous ways. We don't question the sincere reaction to his passing of singers such as Usher or Diddy, those that were alive during MJ's heyday.

We also can't imagine what a true lifelong friend, such as Diana Ross - who was included in Michael Jackson's will - is going through.

But can we please get a break from the outpouring of emotion and supposed sadness from young artists such as Miley Cyrus?

In her lifetime, she's only known Jackson as someone who admitted to sharing his bed with unrelated minors; as someone who actor Corey Feldman said, in 2005, used to show him naked photos of men when Feldman was young; as someone that dangled a baby over a balcony.

Jackson was as troubled as he was talented. It doesn't mean we're glad he's gone, nor does it mean we don't sympathize with those that were truly influenced by his life.

But it does mean we take issue with a Disney TV star and occasional country singer that exploits this death for her own agenda. Not everything is about you, Miley.

The basic details of Michael Jackson's will had already been leaked before the document was officially filed, but the full version contains some interesting info.

The five-page, seven-year-old document, signed July 7, 2002, was filed this morning. In it, the King of Pop gives custody of his children to his mother, Katherine.

In the will, Michael Jackson names Diana Ross as his choice for alternate guardian of his kids in the event his now 80-year-old mother was unable to raise them.

On that subject, Michael Jackson's will reads:

"If any of my children are minors at the time of my death, I nominate my mother, Katherine Jackson as guardian of the persons and estates of such minor children.

"If Katherine Jackson fails to survive me, or is unable or unwilling to act as guardian, I nominate Diana Ross as guardian of the persons and estates of such minor children."

It's unclear if the choice is as much news to Ross as it is to us.

As for the (alleged) mother of his eldest two kids, Debbie Rowe, Jackson left her out on purpose, writing: "I have intentionally omitted to provide for my former wife."

The fact that Jackson is rumored not to be the father, biologically, of any of the children (Arnold Klein may have done the honors) is not expected to have any bearing on what happens to his children, but there are no guarantees.

The pop music legend also stipulates that all his estate and assets - which, according to sources, hovered at an estimated $567 million in 2007, with a net worth of $236.6 million - be placed in the private Michael Jackson Family Trust.

According to the will, the music icon's estate "consists of non-cash, non-liquid assets, including primarily an interest in a catalog of music royalty rights which is currently being administered by Sony-ATV, and interests in various entities."

The document was written up by the late star's longtime lawyer John Branca and veteran music exec and family friend John McClain, both of whom were named as executors of both the will and the estate of Michael Jackson.

Branca and McClain said in a joint statement:

"The most important element of Michael's will is his unwavering desire that his mother, Katherine, become the legal guardian for his three children."

"As we work to carry out Michael's instructions to safeguard both the future of his three children and remarkable legacy he left us we ask that all matters involving his estate be handled with the dignity and the respect that Michael and his family deserve."

Heidi and Spencer Pratt are Twittering up a storm these days.

That's nothing new, but it's the way they're praising Jesus and claiming to reject the fame they’ve so eagerly sought out that causes our eyes to roll:

Pink Sweatsuit
  • From Spencer Pratt: “my life from here on out is the LORD, my wife, and my country!!!!! For me these are the only things worth living and dying for!”
  • From Heidi Montag: “get ready for Jesus coming back! watchout for the antichrist and the mark of the beast! this is the chip they want to put in you!”
  • From Spencer Pratt again later: “i have wasted so much time and energy on fame and pop culture with nothing but millions of haters to show for it!”

Are these two serious?

The plastic pair hit up a conservative radio show, hosted by Alex Jones, to speak about their "awakening" towards something called “the New World Order.”

Spencer Pratt revealed that he feels 9/11 was an "inside job," that the idea that global warming exists is "mind boggling" and other interesting thoughts.

Heidi then made the following comments:

Speidi clearly hates fame so hard. They are all about Jesus.

“I was just saying about birth control, because I got very scared about it the other day and I felt like God was telling me that this was something just created by the government that is really bad for my body and I was just getting sick."

"I researched it, and one of the founding people who invented birth control said it was the worst thing they had ever done, they wished they’d never created it, how it has morally corrupted society, it’s just sickening to him."

"How it devalues women, how it causes depression, how it can cause cancer, how it sterilizes your body, and what it does to your body."

"How most women are suicidal sometimes on it, and in fact, in order to even stabilize the population right now, each woman would have to have three children."

"The population is decreasing so much that population control is just a myth.”

Uhhhhh.

Are these two possibly for real, or is this just another attempt by The Hills' gruesome twosome to generate more media attention in any way possible?

In the new issue of Seventeen, Hayden Panettiere admits she struggled with her dad's 2008 arrest for felony domestic violence against her mother.

"I don't know that I dealt with it any specific way," the Heroes star, who turns 20 this August, admitted. "I mean, it's hard enough going through it personally within your family, let alone when the entire world knows about it."

Hayden Panettiere, Hot Per Usual

Alan Panettiere was arrested and charged with misdemeanor battery in September after allegedly hitting wife Lesley in the face, leaving a bruise.

He later called the incident a "big misunderstanding."

Continues Hayden Panettiere on the subject: "It put my dad in this light that is so not him. You know your mind goes to: 'He abuses, he beats his wife.' For my dad to have that reputation now - which is so not who he is - kills me."

"I know that I'm strong enough to deal. I'm less concerned about myself. But when it involves my family or people I care about, I mean, I'll fly off the handle."

Panettiere also talked a bit about her love life. She was recently spotted showing off her bikini body and misspelled tattoo with British TV host Steve Jones, 32.

"Right now, I'm just having fun," she says. It's when your not looking for anything that something winds up coming along, whether it's a best friend or a guy."

If only it worked in reverse, and you could not be looking for anything, and out of nowhere Hayden Panettiere nude comes along. Are we right, Heroes fans?

On this season's Michael Jackson night on American Idol, Kris Allen wowed viewers with an acoustic version of "Remember the Time."

In reaction, Paula Abdul said: "Kris, I truly believe no one knows Michael's catalog better than you."

Now, in an interview with Newsweek, the Idol chamopn - who started his run on the series with a rendition of "Man in the Mirror" - talks about the influence the late King of Pop had on his career.

On the first time he heard Jackson sing: I was probably 7 or 8 years old. The Dangerous album came out, and I bought it. It was a tape. It kind of stayed in my tape player forever.

On the appeal of Jackson: Every time you listen to this music you get this feeling and you always feel good. And as a kid, that's a captivating thing. His music was so easy to get lost into. I remember being 8 years old and dancing in my room to his music. Trying to dance like him, as well. It was ugly, but it was fun.

On hearing about Jackson's death: We were at rehearsal for the tour. Actually, [Adam Lambert] was on stage. He was almost done, and I was about to go up. We heard the news and we stopped everything and we canceled the rehearsal.

On his favorite Jackson song: I really, really like "Leave Me Alone." It's always been one of my favorites. But I don't know if you pick just one favorite Michael song.
