Just a theory but i think maybe Micheal used the kid as like a mold it's not that Omer looks like Michal but Micheal looks like Omer. Remember ppl take away the dozens and dozens of plastic surgeries and you have Joe Jackson or Tito,Marlon,Jermaine.Now put a pic of those kids side by side do they look related......
