Jordin Sparks Pleads for Paula
Paula Abdul's manager says his client has not been offered a contract to return to American Idol.
Simon Cowell says he definitely wants his fellow judge and occasional flirt to come back next season.
What do past Idol contestants say about the possibility of Abdul's absence from the show?
We couldn't get a hold of Adam Lambert because he's on the road touring, but Jordin Sparks was fully on Paula's side in an interview with Extra this week:
“Oh my gosh, they need to keep Paula,” the season six champion said. “It would be so different without her on the show... She was the one who usually came back and was like, ‘Are you guys doing okay? Are you fine?’ And I definitely think they need her. She’s amazing and deserves it.”
Despite Jordin's kind words, Abdul might still be replaced on the show.

replace Paula? Are You Kidding Me Dont Do that please I will Miss Paula Abdul and when I Found out That they Were Paula Abdul my Heart Was Crushed i am Extreamly Hurt and Sad that Paula is Leaving Idol I will Miss Her So so so so much i dont Want Her To leave Idol and Because She is Leaving idol i have Decided to Not Watch It Next year because I cant take the Extream Pain and Hurt and Saddness In My Heart i just Cant i Hate Ellen Degeneres i dont Want Her on the Show and it makes me so Furious that Paula is Gone and Ellen is Going to Be on the Show it makes Me Very upset that Paula is Going to Be Replaced and No One can Replace Paula Abdul i Mean Nobody can replace Paula What Ellen is Doing to This point to try to Replace Paula is wrong and I am So discusted By Ellen and Her Way of Replacing Paula im Very Upset with Ellen and ill Never Forgive Her for all the Pain that she is Causing Paula she is Already angry with Ellen For Taking Her Spot and Furious and Ellen is Making Paulas Anziet
