Jon, Kate, Eight, Camera Crew Reunite For July 4
They may have filed for divorce, but Jon and Kate Gosselin have made good on their pledge to focus on their children, reuniting for a Fourth of July picnic.
At their home in Wernersville, Pa., the family played volleyball and picked blueberries for a cake Kate was baking, while Jon was seen lighting sparklers.
Fortunately, Cara, Mady, Alexis, Hannah, Aaden, Collin, Leah and Joel were all seemingly able to escape injury ... and a Kate Gosselin spanking.
The event had been planned, as the stars of TLC's Jon & Kate Plus 8 agreed a few weeks ago to fulfill their contractual obligations and act like they can tolerate each other set aside their differences for the national holiday.
How wonderful - and not shocking - to see them reunite. Since Kate's book and clothing line have recently been sacked, the show's all she's got left.

"Jon pointed to the July 4 holiday and said, 'What are we going to do about that?'" Kate Gosselin recently told People. "I absolutely cannot imagine not spending every single holiday with my kids. I don't care what it takes. I will be there."
Apparently, so will Jon. Even if he is spending the rest of his time hunting for NYC apartments, giving it to Deanna Hummel and posting a profile on Match.com.

I have seen this comming for a long time Kate is a control biatch for the record to say the least.She deserves all thats comming to her, sad to say.At the same time Jon has let this go on for way to long and he should have had a back bone, a long time ago.Now Jon is trying to sell his oats to who ever and everyone.I hope the kids don't suffer during all of this.Time to turn off those cameras,and go back to some what of a normal life.Kate go back to being a nurse even if its part time, now that the 6 are in sckool. Do you and do the best that you can.

I LOVE JON AND KATE.. PEOPLE NEED TO MOVE ON WITH THERE OWN LIVES AND QUIT NIT PICKING THERES..... ITS FUNNY HOW KATE WAS AN AWSOME MOM AND EVERYONE WONDERED HOW SHE DID IT WITH 8 KIDS AND NOW SHES A HORRIBLE MOM AND DOESNT TAKE CARE OF HER KIDS THIS AND THAT.... BLAH BLAH BLAH!!!!!!!!!!! CAN WE SAY JEALOUSY??? OH KNOW A HUMAN BEING IS GOING THROUGH DIVORCE LETS ALL TALK ABOUT IT.. KATE UR AN AWSOME MOM KEEP DOING WHAT UR DOING.. EVEN IF ITS DOING A TV SHOW TO SUPPORT UR KIDS....

I agree, all these people bashing the family, shame on u. Do ne of u have multiples? Do u really know what that does to a person and their lives? I do and I will tell u, u don't know what ur talking about and u should keep the negitive to ur self.

does anyone not remember the trip to hawaii???? hello where they promised in front of there kids family and viewers that they were gona stay together for ever no matter what.i guess it was just bullcrap like there show and them.there kids are gona see that episode and then really no what a liar there mother really is. i think jon and the kids should get the house and stay on the show and she should go.

I will never attend an event where Kate Gosselin is speaking. That will never happen. She is narcissistic, lives off her children, has no morals, christian convictions and lies.
Kate Gosselin is a sick woman. I wish she would get help but there is slim chance of that working out. Kate knows it all. She'd get into it with the therapist, telling them how stupid or uneducated she thought they were.
