cutting can't solve everything take it from someone whos gone through rehab and still does it. it's not worth loseing your life over. stay clean of doing things like this to make everything better go to someone you can talk to and see if they can help with anything.

Demi was going through a rough time. She went through an eating disorder. a breakup and she was made fun of so much when she was a child. Everyone has ways of trying to make themselves feel better. demi's is cutting. she went to rehab for it, and now shes perfectly fine god bless demi :)

Demi, i truly love your music and always will, but please don't hurt yourself because your going through so much stress, maybe if your that stessed you might as well quit. Not saying you need to but that is your best bet if all it is doing is make you hurt yourself. I love you so much and i don't want you hurting your self so bad that your in the hospital. Cutting cant always solve your problems. I use to cut alot but I havent done it in a while now. I got so use to cutting back then to the point I wanted pain. Pain isnt good. Always try to think of the better things in life to help you out. My life is going great now but I do think about cutting at the times where Im upset and I dont know what to do, But then I think about those who love me and care about me. They dont want to see me hurt. No one wants to see their loved ones hurt at all. Try talking to someone you love and trust. Dont give up :)

Demi, plz never cut your self again, i cut and do other things to myself to. I take causing yourself physical pain to whole different level, i've gotten so mad out in public and didn't no what to do, i didn't have anything with me but my oddly sharp teeth so i bit myself so hard that i blead. and sometimes when i have one of those hair-ties with the medal thingy on my wrist i pull it as far as i can and just repetedly snap it un-till it breaks. and so many other things. and im only 12. but i completely get why you did/do it. and i can also relate to your eating disorders,i recintly got hospitolized for anrixa and bulimia. i was stupid and was not eating while being on the track team, i passed out and one of my girls told coach that i hadn't been eating. i still barely eat now. but demi starving your self and making your self throw up may work but its hard, and stressful. and girls can be so mean, girls in my school used to make fun of me for being fat and now they make fun of me for a

I might seem like a bitch to you because your irrtitating me and I'm acting like a bitch, but I can assure you I'm far from actually being a stupid bitch. You honeslty need to stop though.
