Let the haters rot in hell! Rock on Adam! Maybe news outlets should stop reporting on these narrow minded people and helping to spread their disgusting views.
Religious Fanatics Suck

Running around judging other people and spreading hate and intolerance while exalting yourself does NOT make you a Christian. It makes you a sad, sorry fanatic. The kind Christ tried to convert into somebody decent.

The Baptist are and have always been extremely small minded people. Glad to hear it did not bother Adam. Adam is so much more of a human being than those so-called religious types!
Go Adam! Watching the youtube video's of all the Idol concerts of Adam has been a thrill. He is one heck of a singer and so good looking it is amazing to watch him.

Whether it was about Adam or whether it wasn't, the best thing to do if you don't like something or someone is to just keep your mouth shut and just let it be, because nothing you do or say is going to change anyone or anything. Period.

This whole thing on Adam Lambert protests because of his sexuality really makes me sick to my stomach. The guy is gay, so what?! It's amazing on how religion makes people so cynical and so ignorant, and quite frankly, it's really depressing. As the title says, Gay-Hating, Close-Minded morons are the reason why people (who are HUMAN BEINGS LIKE THEM AND THE REST OF THE WORLD) tend to fight so much. To all those people who fit the gay-hating, close-minded moron description, you need to get your heads out of your asses and realize that because of gay people you have various forms of the entertainment that you do have. You really need to look at yourselves in the mirror and realize that gay people will always be in the world no matter how much you fight it. Grow the fuck up, and deal with it. You gay-haters act like you're better than gay people, but you're not. Your protesting just shows how childish, insecure, cowardly, and overall cynical and ignorant you really are. GROW UP. The protests were not about Adam. So who twittered that Adam was the cause of this? I guess Adam is really that famous now that people want to comment about him.

Based on what I have read, the protests were not really about Adam. So why should Sarver say that it was about Adam? But then, who cares about these people? They are a group of depraved lunatics who just want attention. Why dont they just pray in silence, as what the Bible says.
I WOZ THERE

Who started this " It was about Adam" thing?????
listen to what Adam fans ( like me)who were in line at the San Jose concert are saying-
THE PROTESTORS - OR THEIR SIGNS - SAID NOTHING ABOUT GAYS OR INDIVIDUALS.As somebody else said (WHO WAS THERE) - it was the word IDOL that they objected too.
I can tell you that they were heckled back !
The only near mention to Adam that i heard -was when they 'reminded' us that we would 'burn in Hell' -if we werent following God as our Idol and so some body shouted out "RING OF FIRE -ADAAAAAAAAAAM " !!!!!!
Whoever said " it was about Gays" is trying to cause drama- and stir things up. I doubt ANY of our artists inside heard any of it- just somebody Twatting on Twitter maybe !
Adam dislikes drama- and he would be the last one to want us to start bashing the Churches- and label him as the cause.

Regardless of what the protest was actually about, Adam Lambert has a huge fan base already, of every age, sex, etc.
The acceptance of Adam by fans was there from the start, and it was due to his talent, good looks, kindness and sincerity that was always evident. Adam Lambert is a gentleman and a sexy beast, in one glamorous pkg. I wish him well in all things.

It always amazes me about those who are so "preachy" to others. I believe it is similar to insecure people who act overly confident; these right wing Christian "do gooders" probably have a lot to hide in their own lives, and won't own up to it (just like all of the preachy Republicans who are having affairs). Why don't all of you just keep your mouths shut, stop telling others what they should be doing -- we're fine thank you. Just go home and shut up. Love you Adam! You're the best.

The only real evil in this world are the judgemental haters. They are unfortunately the worst kind of hypocrite and while it is very difficult to show compassion for these poor souls because they need it the most I send them love and light as hate only begets hate. Their karma will catch up to them.
get over it...

I don't care why Sarver spoke up, it was darn nice of him to do it and to have Adam's back and make sure people knew they are all friends and are in it together. Adam doesn't begrudge loosing and will be a super star and gay basher are not nice people and should just be quiet. Prejudice is just gross and it is nice when people have peoples back. Adam Rocks and he is really a sweet, decent man as well (and gorgeous).

From what I've read it was just three or four wierdos picketing. I've heard different stories concerning what they were picketing about,(it was not necessarily about Adam being gay). I think Sarver was just trying to gain popularity by tweeting about it. The whole incident was blown out of preportion. It's clear that the whole country LOVES Adam Lambert. He is a phenomenon, I myself can't get enough of him!!!

Those close-minded, conservative $#%^$#^*&s!!!!! I will NOT TOLERATE ANYONE who is prejudiced against ANYONE else!!!!! We Americans think that we've come a long way by electing President Obama, which we have, but we still have a hell of a long way to go. Who gives a damn if Adam Lambert is gay???!!! That doesn't make him less hot, or less talented, or less of a good person. I think it's great that everyone at Idol has his back. I mean, Michael seems like a pretty conservative guy, but that doesn't mean he's not open-minded. Not all conservatives are like these ones. If I was a guy, and gay, then I wouldn't be able to put up with this like Adam is. I would be VERY pissed off. And he probably is. He should be. If I was at that concert, I would probably be in a lot of trouble right now for getting into a fight. LOVE YOU ADAM!!!

I just thought you should know that I was at the San Jose concert and also stood in line for a long time before the doors were actually opened. I so no anti-Adam signs at all. I can also let you know that these people appear for every concert, from Barbra Streisand, to Neil Diamond, to Justin Timberlake to Rod Stewart. I wouldn't call them protesters, but street preachers taking advantage of a built in audience. Their message is the same....Christ over sin. I do not follow the twitters. But at the concert, Michael Sarver was great at opening the show. He has real warmth and I think he got the show off to a great start. I do not recall him making reference to the street preaching outside. About the San Jose audience....after reading critics' reviews of the "nine others not named Lambert, and the one who is," the San Jose audience was appreciative of everyone, with shouts and cheers throughout the show. Yes, Adam Lambert was the standout, with a tremendous build up and a standin

hi,Darcey McGee,best greetings from a HUGHE Glambert in Peru!
What has to change is the voting-process of A.I.,I agree with you.
But I cant do nothing else but give a Standing Ovation to this little state Arkansas, whos population covers like 4 % of all americans. If they manage to organisize themselfs sooo good that they deliver 40 million votes for their fellow Kriss good for them!I respect that very much and think it would have been in the hands of California to put the same strengh together for Adam.
And I have to admit,as devoted voter, its nothing but our fault that Adam didn t win.I voted from here,Peru, thw whole, complete 4 hours and have to say, that the first 3 hours none of my calls came through, busysigns all the time on the 3 lines. In the last hour EVERY SINGLE ONE of my phonecalls was recieved by "Thanks for voting for contestant Nr..."! The three lines were COMPLETELY free and that cost Adam millions of votes!
The votingsystem of American Idol should be overthought, there

Sarver is trying to make hay with his limited talent and appeal by acting as though he is protecting the much loved Adam Lambert. The protesters are always at the venue protesting something. Not mentioned were the AT&T protesters. These protesters, like myself believe that Adam won Idol except for the voting in Arkansas. When you consider that it would take 3,750 telephones power texting at ten hits a dial to create 40 million votes in 4 hours it is likely Arkansas stole Adam's title. Seven out of seven tour performances prove that Adam is the most popular and has the most fans, even at the conservative salt lake City venue. Idol needs to give Adam an apology for allowing Arkansas votes to count.
