Anderson Cooper Grills Jillian Harris
Sure, it's kind of the nature of The Bachelorette, but Anderson Cooper did not hold back when asking Jillian Harris about juggling so many men on the show.
Filling in on Good Morning America, AC sat down with Jillian Harris and Ed Swiderski to discuss the just-completed fifth season of the ABC reality series.
His first question: "How many men did you have sex with?"
Clearly uncomfortable with the line of questioning, Ed Swiderski tried to defer to his fiancee, and said that like everything else in life, "you get used to it."
Jill didn't bite on some of the more risque questions, but did give us a little insight into all the kissing that went on over the course of three months.
Jillian Harris: "I kissed, um, 10 guys, but only four of them with tongue."
Anderson Cooper: "You know what, I just threw up in my mouth."

Jillian should have said that's none of your business and I'm insulted you would ask. Wonder how Anderson would feel if someone ask him how many men he has slept with????

It's interesting that Anderson Cooper would ask the bachelorette that question, but if the tables were turned and it was a bachelore from the abc show on, Anderson Cooper wouldn't even give it a thought, because it's a given that the bachelor would be sleeping with some of the women on the show. Anderson Cooper you are sexist!!!

Personally, I think it was incredibly inappropriate and showed poor taste to ask the "How many guys did you have sex with" question. Jillian should have told AC so. Everybody wants to know? Nobody's business!! No other Bachelorette has ever been asked that I know of. I think the public's "need to know" gets sicker and more immature all the time, and the fact that a respected journalist/media icon would ask makes me embarassed for him.

So, this makes it a real reality show. Dating is the term for getting to know them more intimately - At least they didn't call the bachelors "Johns" - We'll give this couple a good chance of staying together long-term if they can get through this together. That Anderson knows the questions people want to know, as it's not spelled out like it is on "2 1/2 men" or "the old Christine", where these shows are almost into full frontal. At least they are not showing crime, wars or other pornographic themes - Hope they get a health screening when the decide to be monogamous.
