There's no comparison. Robert Robert Robert all the way! He's way more believable and sexy and he and Kristen just click and have so much chemistry. I think what bothers me about True Blood is the southern accent on them. It just bugs me for some reason and I'm a southerner! Just weird and True Blood doesn't even come close to Twilight. He needs to "bite" his toungue...

Ok ppl seriously? I love Rob n Stephen both so I can't take sides. First of all, they need to show the whole interview or a more reliable source because this clearly doesn't prove that he said it like that, and second, as much as I love Rob, just wait a couple more years when twilight franchise is done. He's gonna be a stuck up actor just like most actors. So give Stephen some slack n undersand that he is sooooo different and True Blood is totally for adult audiences. Who is Stephen Moyer? I haven't a clue. Calling Robert a "pussy"?? I smell jealousy, and it stinks! He is an amazing actor/singer/person. And you know what else I like about Rob, you wouldn't ever hear him slam another actor by calling him a "pussy"! And coming from an OLDer actor who is obviously dick-measuring! If anyone had actually bothered to see True lies before choosing Pattinson they would know Stephen was right. T^he vampires depicted in True Blood are certainly a much more viscious, daring, and X-rated breed. Much more daring than Mr. Teen Heartthrob. And as for the series being a knock off of the movie, dead wrong. True Blood was also based on novels... novels that were written before the twilight series.

I watch True Blood and Twilight and I've read all the books for both, I love Robert Pattinson, but that was funny. Very creative and clever! I don't think Stephen was referring to Robert, but was referring to Edward. Technically, they're both on Slim-fast and diet coke cause neither of them kill humans for their blood. Bill(Stephen) drinks trublood, and Edward(Rob) drinks animal blood.

Melissa, you need a reality check. You said that, (Stephen is it?) Has been in this business longer than Robert and you asked how long is Robert going to last? WELL.....First of all, if you read these comments, nobody even knows who this Stephen guy is. SECOND, if you havent noticed, Twilight has pretty much grown into a religion. All kinds of people are into it. Trueblood? Not so much. Robert has so much money from Twilight he could quit tomarrow and still be set for life. How much money do you think TrueBlood makes Stephen? This guy is obviously reaching for some publicity. Starting a public fued for publicity. Oldest trick in the book. ♥

Kaykay, Listen to me I have a degree in film and I know what is quality. The Twilight franchise might be popular but it's because of the books! It might have made a lot of money but the movie itself was a one of the worst movies. It technically was a low budget movie and it looked low budget. It had horrible CGI, their were awkward shots of Robert that the director should of told him to do over, and a bad script. It had good music though. True Blood has Allen Ball who created Six Feet Under and American Beauty so he write amazingly well. Stephen was only saying that Twilight's Edward character is a pussy because he doesn't kill people and he's a bit too sensitive for a vampire. Stephen's character and True Blood is a lot more realistic in terms of a real vampire story.

People, people...calm the fuck down! Though it is really amusing to see how easy it is to upset Twilighters, we should all remember that Stephen more than likely meant the character of Edward rather than Pattinson himself. Twilight is for pre-teens (mainly - I just can't understand the attraction some older women have for these books)and True Blood is for grown ups. That being said, I have to agree with Stephen. Even R. Pattinson has said himself he did not understand the attraction to this character and hated it. Can you imagine young girls coming up to you and asking you to bite them?? Too sick for words. In closing, both of these characters are fictional (meaning not real, kids)and I'm sure that Stephen and Robert would get a real kick out of all the postings here...yes, you know they would.

Hahahaha...You people are fools. I am SURE he was joking! This is why you should never joke in emails, they can be misconstrued. I LOVE the Twilight Saga. I am obsessed with it and Rob. But I also love TruBlood and Stephen Moyer. I've watched it since day one and look forward to it every Sunday. It has been called "the Twilight for adults" and I would agree. I also will say that Twilight seems to have imitated a lot from the Sookie Stackhouse series and I mean A LOT. I love Rob P and I love Stephen M (and I also love "Eric" from TruBlood...Lighten up people and read between the lines.

WOW!!! That was REALLY rude!!! Maybe he's just upset that all Rob P. has to do is show up to an event to get a reaction....it really sounds like he's jealous and he's SERIOUSLY too old for that..I like TRUE BLOOD but I didn't even know that was his name...your on an HBO show and he's doing movies and your twice his age...its time you got over it..if anyone has ever read Meyer's books they would understand why everyone who was in Twilight is idolized..I hope he can handle the MILLIONS of fans that are about to be on his case...
