Kirsten: I think you may be right. I would like to believe that Kristen dated Michael as a platonic friend. There were never any love gleams or sizzle between the two even in the beginning. She wanted to have someone to go to functions with and not be hassled about by other guys or the paparazzi.

Nicole: I know most people don't think pot is terrible. It is that Kristen publicly did it and who she hangs with that is disconcerting. It's not that she smokes pot as much as the unsavory company she keeps. Her own dad looks like a leftover hippie and ROUGH. Her weakness for a crutch may lead to harder things quite possibly and she could drag him into it.
Most drug heads started with pot. Pot is more damaging to your lungs, fertility and memory than regular tobacco. It will ruin ones looks too.

I do believe that she really likes and cares about him. If they are together then she knows what his beliefs are and from what is noted and seen, they are still together. Maybe him not being ready for sex before marriage does really bother her that much. If he decides to become physical with her before then, I dont think that she would really alter his decision, if he so chooses. What bong incident?? I read where a friend of his said that Rob does not kiss and tell so to speak....but he knows that Kristen is his type..dark haired brooding woman/girl to match his mood. He knows that she is his type because Rob likes remain down to earth and that's Kristen in every way. What ever we speculate, she has something about her that draws him even before they met and her odd behaviors as we them does not necessarily bothers him. She is low key and so is he. As his best friend said, you look at the two of them and thet mirror each other. I have confident that they will make it work. She is probably the youngest actress out there that is still so down to earth about her status. Like the MTV interview they had given during the filming of Twilight, Jodie Foster says that Kristen has an old soul for her young age...because even as a child acting with her, she was mature for her young age. Rob is her match with the very same old soul. They compliment each other. No one can tell Rod who he should or should not date. Look at Johnny Depp, he was bad boy who we all loved and look at him now...mellowed before he even had kids...Give Kristen some credit...she is still growing and maturing. I have never seen her in a pic with her ex with smiles that light up a room as when she is with Robert. JUst wish them the best and stop wishing bad for them both, especially Kristen. RF I know you said that Rob hang up would be that she needs to be more refinded and educated...she is who he wants just as she is. She has stated in an interview I watched that she would like to take a break from acting and attend college in Australia since her mom is Australian. Maybe she will and who knows they will have a greater chance then as well. Let's see

I dont think that she is weak and will influence him. He appears to have good restraints when they met. He let things go in order to find out if what he is feeling for her was real or just stemming from filming. He did cross over then and I dont think she will do that to him if she cares about him at all. Maybe her being a bit celebate right is what she probably needs as well. A relationship that is not clouded by sex. I think that's why they appear so smitten with each other. They are learning about each other just by being together, talking, hanging out etc. He is not stupid...I think he would want to see where this leads. If they do anything sexual we wont know that...that would be there business. A guy will do what he wants when he choses, believe me she wont have to influence a thing. When she has to be presentable she does a fine job at it....when she is casual she is casual and no skimpy clothing. She does not dress trashy as some would say. That is her style. Dont see him with Taylor Swift either, she is definitely not his type. Anything goes wrong she writes a song about it...NO WAY!!! Kristen wont through herself at him, if hse was doing that it would have been photod by now. She is being as carefyul I think as he is.

Okay...when I heard that she smoked I was disappointed because I really like her personality. But, then, I found out that Rob smoked as well. Which Hollywood actor has not tried "Pot?" Robert is sensible, give him some credit as well. I doubt he will do anything against his will. Yeah, I know the people she is friendly with smokes more than she does. My prayers are with her in that area that is all we can do and hope she will change. I really do believe that Rob is a better influence for her than we think. MOst people keep saying she is bad for him...but did we ever stop to think that he is what she needs? It's possible

Nicole: Kristen announced recently that she did not want the structure of school, and will not be going to college like she said she would for a degree in lit. Rob says he will finish university after this ride has slowed down...can't right now. I really like him and was so excited when I realized that the behind the scenes and interviews showed that they were in to each other. I thought sweet, quirky guy gets the girl.
Then I saw the interview where she mocked him in an interview and at Twi Premier night too. I'll find the interview. She blabbed about his obvious erection during the kissing scene in an interview with Nikki, Rochelle and him there. Twit.

She always wears as little as possible around Rob as in strapless very short dresses. She often looks like a streetwalker. Rob said in one interview he likes nuts girls who are strong, independent and not afraid to express themselves in how they dress and talk. Sounds like her. Rob has grown up a lot this past year...She has not except that she has been better at hiding that she lusts for him. Even Rob's sisters asked her if she just like kissing him or like him...they were not 100% about her. Here is the pot smoking thing...she also rolled her own in Italy at a business lunch...clueless to the rumors it would generate...stupid girl. She needs a PR person and personal adviser...pronto!

As I said, I like her on screen but can't warm up to her when off screen. What she thinks makes her cool actually makes her come off tacky and tough. All the costume jewelry and ugly dress choices--the white or black dresses she wore looked good.
She was softer in her look and mannerisms towards him at Comic Con (you could tell that she felt uncomfortable and shy at first)...he had not called her for a bit perhaps once the movie wrapped. He had said in interviews that she was intimidating and angry and tough..maybe it got back to her. They seemed to be getting to know each other again during the Comic Con thing.
After that event, was the ridiculous and contrived Vanity Fair photo shoot designed to make him be very close and touchy with her. Then he was called back for more kissing scenes to be shot AFTER the movie wrapped....come on....her Script writer mom pulled some strings to get them together under the excuse of a photo shoot perhaps to slowly work on Rob's resistance. After that he started talking about dreaming about her and that she was his crush. A guy can only take so much. She did her best to seduce him during the photo shoot. Even kissing Nikki Reed for some reason in front of Rob and putting Cam's head between her legs..Rob had a look on his face during some of it like "what the heck is going on here"...
Months ago, I posted about how amazing it is that Rob had said last year that he is always waiting for his life to change and it never does; and now has found love, fame and fortune all in the space of one year WHILE WEARING masks on his eyes (contacts, using a different voice and playing a vampire)with a very plain and child-like(in the movie) and young looking Kristen.
I just get such a weird vibe from her (not evil but dangerous) and because I admire him, it is disturbing. Maybe she is as religious and innocent as he asserts he is...doubt it. The problem is that her persona and quotes make her hard to like.
Who you marry will either bless or ruin your life. He comes across as naive and trusting. I hope his family has his ear.
If two people have different politics, ideals, values, beliefs, goals, education and are not BOTH good people....it is not easy to stay happily together. With that said, I love happy endings...I wish them both the best together or apart.

Hi RF, I saw the photo shoots before on youtube. I watched a few times and there are some funny parts to those pics. However, if you watch and notice carefully, the director or the photographer is the one calling the positions for those pics, not the Rob or Kristen. If you go on youtune vanity fair photo shoot for twilight you will see it all, which you may have already. She wasnt throughing herself at him, if anything I think she was being very cautious.....you can see how she tries not to look at him too much when he had her up in the air with her legs wrapped around him. They were having a great time. I saw the kiss between her and nikki.....it was a kiss not a full out tongue thing. I am not going to judge everything that she does or I see, Robert likes her because she is who she is...down to earth as he is and that's what he is looking for. Some one to just be himself with and not pretend. I have also seen other pics of them with her looking so georgeous I did know it was her....I believe teen vogue shoot etc. Whether it got back to her or not, she was being cautious as well as he....meeting at the comic-con simply reinforced their feelings towards each other. He probably realized that she is this tough person on the outside and a sweetheart on the inside. Let us see what this premiere of New Moon will bring...I guarantee you will see a different Kristen because she is with him....and not hiding her feelings of some sort. She was 17 or 18 when she made those comments about his eager manhood...because he had a crush and likeness for her before they even met....she was the reason he wanted to audition. They will survive....she will make adjustments as she gets older. Like you said he likes crazy girls...not literally,,I think he wants to be and remain normal. You cannot get between a guy and his sisters no matter if you have good intentions or not. I am an older sister of 2 brothers and I get like that at times about my brothers. Even though they are more than capable of handling themselves. You see he knows Kristen better than they do..her many weird behaviors have them guessing yes...but guess what...Rob is not going to marry them or be in a relationship with them. It's who he loves and want and makes him happy. Like his friend said, he beams when he sees her and vise versa. I will check out the sites. I wish them love and best wishes. We need to be more positive for people no matter what or how feel about them.

I also think that someone may have spoken to her about that pot smoking thing in Italy. I dont think they are going to let it go so easily. Just give her time....most actresses in Hollywood made bigger mistakes than she is right now and she is doing better than most did. Also, not everyone is fit for college...maybe she will recosider. You see I am a hopeless optimist...I love when 2individuals find each other in the weirdest ways and circumstances and make it work. Too many people want them to fail and they havent even begun as yet. I dont think Rob is easilily influenced either.

Nicole: I have not seen the interview where his best friend discusses Rob and Kristen. Please link it. Also, I did not mean that Kristen set up the ridiculous way to cozy photo shots of Vanity Fair. I meant that her connections in the biz suggested they do yet ANOTHER set of pics (they had 10 sessions previously) in order to give them a chance to be together again. The Comic Con was in July. The Vanity Fair was mid Sept. The premier was 11/21

My husband is from Holland...Europeans smoke more than we do in general and roll their own. If Kristen did not look so wasted and skankey in the business lunch meeting in Italy, I would not have assumed she was rolling a joint.

i totally think that kristen should choose rob. i think michale is totally not for her. and kristen and rob look absolutely cute together and they obviously have amazing chemistary. if she was smart she would choose rob. but then again she has been with michale for how many years? even befofre she knew rob so that has got to be hard for her, i feel for you kristen really i do. good luck, chooooooooooooooooooooose rob! hehe

RF I didnt mean Rob smoking a bong, I mean he also smokes cigarettes which disappointed me a bit. I dont have the link to his friend saying that I got it from a close friend of mine..will see if she can find it. I have seen those pics as often as probably you have. I dont see where she looked wasted...and believe me I know when someone is wasted on marijuana. She may have been rolling it...if so why did not someone say something to her then...instead of allowing her to continue. They were not the only ones who redid another photo shoot in september, I believe the cast did again also.. I have watched a majority of those pics, out-takes and behind the scenes. Like I said...it is easy for people to look and see what they want to see...if Rob was like some of us..he would never have guessed that maybe Kristen was his type after all. Okay, she maybe unruly and bad behaving at times...but she is who she is. We dont know what kind of person she is personally other than what we know or read. Our negative comments ( from most in general) will not help her readjust and make some changes. She will continue to defy what we think of her even more....and guess what Rob likes that about her. He has said that he likes girls who are nuts etc.. I have seen the interviews as well. RF you make some good points as well...but you can be a bit more positive on the Kristen side as well as how you are about Robert. Yes she does things that makes us not want her for him...but who are we to choose this....it is his choice. I dont think she is as bad as we may think except that the public's criticism of her does not help her at all...it only fuels that rebelliousness with in her. We should give her a break as much as Rob requires.
The tabloid says he gave her an ultimatum until Eclipse filmign to make up her mind...is that true or not? You see even that, I dont think he would do that...however, I do think he would have simply walked away and leave her alone. He did it before I am sure he would be able to do again as much as he felt for her. What is your views on that?

Hey Nicole...I'll look for the link on the friend interview talking about him and Kristen. Rob's friends are tight lipped and loyal from what I have seen. I believe that he is smart and sensitive and that he already knows she is tough, angry and nuts as he has said in interviews.
I hope he uses his brain ~ not his sex drive to determine whether she is worthy of getting involved more deeply with. With that said, you are right...it does not matter what we think about her.
The Vanity Fair shoot was done with the cast too, but since they had already done 10 different prior sessions...I thought it seemed contrived to get them together and the set ups were so needlessly intimate. Why did he have to hold her around his waist for full on 15 minutes instead of putting her on a box?? It was all head shots after all.
I have tried to give her credit when due. I admire that she believed in him and liked him when he was not famous and rich, that she was the one who advocated for him, he owes his "big break" to her, they both collaborated and worked together to improve the movie. Rob has already made her less serious and she has made him less silly..you are right they are perhaps good for each other and seem to be destined for one another-- if not now ...later when he is more mature and ready.
I have only had two stars that I really liked in my life...Tom Selleck (before the internet) and Rob. I am not used to being so protective and interested in a "star". I feel kind of foolish.
I just have seen Kristen be bossy and mean too often..she even demanded that the interviewer's cameraman "cover your shot" on one of their first interviews..Pretty ballsy from a 17 year old. We already discussed her comments about, as you said, his "eager manhood" LOL liked that one Nicole.
They are both supposed to be coming to San Diego Comic Con event and the tabloids are already saying they are booked in a room together..I am so sick of the lies and gossip. I feel bad for them and wish they could just say we are in love but sorry all you voyeurs, we are not doing it and wouldn't tell anyway.

I think they have been connected from the start off and on. He was not sure that it was the real deal and started doubting himself after filming was over. He has been courting her and gave her music, books and guitar. He became very supportive during their tour as she was not up to it...too immature, nervous or stoned. He would always come to her side and was attentive and caring. He is really a sweetie.
She always looked at him with desire when he spoke as if she could not help it. She never looked at her friend Michael like that...EVER.
She looks at Rob like she would like to devour him. He looks at her with tenderness....She did say that he has a beautiful soul is compassionate and that she likes a guy who looks like they are thinking about something..She is from the other side of the tracks...I live in CA and know what Woodland Hills is where she lives...As snobby as it sounds, they are from very different worlds and backgrounds.
Perhaps Kristen did not want to break off with Michael as she owed him for getting her the job...he knew the director..and since Rob was not demanding sex as he is celibate...there was no reason to let everyone know they were a couple. They went along with the suits wishes and knew it would benefit their careers to not have it come out that they were not pretending to be in love..they were. It was not really acting.
The producers went to great effort to put them in separate hotels at the start of Twilight filming..they wanted them to not mess up the sequels and their on screen chemistry by getting involved. They only had chemistry in the kiss scene in the bedroom. Otherwise, her performance was often flat, too many blinks and lip biting.
Summit and the producers are also worried about scandal and want Rob to APPEAR to be single and hot. I would bet money that if they are in love and not just friends (is she celibate and Catholic??) that they have been told to wait until Breaking Dawn to get married or no big pay check bonus. Summit and/or Taylor's manager just did the same with him (Jacob Black). He suddenly has been dumped by his girlfriend and is playing the I'm single and available for the fans.

I think Kris just does not like to speak in public as this is one of her biggest movies yet, so I think she is still dealing with the hype and all. I know that Mike knew Cathering and that was one reason Rob never persued her as well...he would be on the set at times. Will the comic-con be aired on Television? If so what channel? We will see in the long run what happens with these two. Is woodland Hills a posh area in CA? There are so many pics of them that I could be passed off as real life couple pics. One when she is laying slightly on top of him...I know it is to depict edward and Bella...but the vanity fair shoots labels some of these pics. I agree that Kristen is not comfortable in public, does not like stupid "what is it like to kiss a vampire question", is uptight as she knows the fan have been brutal about her not being nice towards them -check her magazine innterview articles, and she had nasty mail perhaps. She also was worried about her and Rob's safety in large crowds. Rob says she is so small that it is worse for her.
I agree that the care for each other...I am not sure that they are in love FULL BLOOM. He was trying to get to know her. Even in the Unscripted interview with the books' author-Kristen says she knew a version of him...did not know him well.
Rob said in an interview fairly recently that he was not sure he wanted to spend eternity with anyone and was not sure if he had a crush on Kristen ---"I don't know..I was in this weird world for 5 months filming...telling himself--this girl is all you need".
The Comic Con coverage I don't know about yet...I stumbled on it on You Tub...I may be there if my friend does not use her ticket..it is sold out for months. Will advise.

I think he is saying that he is not sure if he has a crush on Kristen now because of all the gossip. Maybe what he is feeling now is not simply a crush but more. After 2yrs around her on and off..he would know what his feelings are. He is going to say things to through people off now that he is told to remain cryptic about his feelings. I will have to check out the comic-con on Youtube when it comes out. What do you guys think?
