Famed record producer and songwriter turned murderer Phil Spector is settling into his new prison home these days - though he himself is quite unsettling.

BACK! BACK! Gosh. Good thing Phil Spector is finally locked up.

On February 3, 2003, Spector, now 69, was arrested on suspicion of murder of 40-year-old nightclub hostess and actress Lana Clarkson at his mansion.

After one mistrial, his second trial resulted in a guilty verdict in March, with Spector convicted of second-degree murder. He was also found guilty of using a firearm.
