Titled simply Siren by Paris Hilton is described by its marketers as "a tropical floral fragrance with just a hint of Doug Reinhardt after he gets back from the gym, then ransacks her vanilla bean and creamy musk produced through by Fragrances."

Inspired by the concept that naked pictures sell seductive creatures of ancient Greek mythology, ads for the new scent feature Paris Hilton topless, as a mermaid.

Talk about adding both sophistication and glamour.

Paris said of her latest product, which retails at a mere $45 for 1.7 ounces:

“Siren is all about being sexy in a playful way. I feel irresistible as a mermaid. What girl doesn’t want to have fun being a fantasy creature that men can’t resist?”

Judging by our boyfriend retrospective, it seems many men cannot resist this creature, diseases and all. Perhaps there's something to the perfume after all ...
