Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo Break Up
The former Mr. Jessica Simpson, Nick Lachey, and girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo have split up, according to reports. They'd been together almost three years.
"It was an amicable break-up. They walk away from it still friends," says a source quoted by Us Weekly who is reportedly close to the hot couple.
Adds another source to the same celebrity gossip tabloid, "They still care about each other very much. This is what's best for both of them."
The couple hooked up in 2006 - the year after Lachey split from Jessica Simpson. In 2007, Minnillo said she wanted to have kids with Lachey.
They always seemed like such a nice couple and we are sad they broke up. Poor Nick. Maybe he can reunite with Jessica on her new reality show.

Breakups and Hookups get people press, nobody has been talking about either of them. There is no tour coming up. His album has not come out yet. It was suppose to come out in May. Maybe they will release his single now. I heard that they got in a fight at the Jet Blue event. She yelled at him and he left alone. So this is not for publicity. Only his ex would do that.

Hmmm. I wonder about that. If it is a publicity stunt, nothing surprises me any more. But if they are broken up, they did seem like a great couple, so I am sorry for them both.

I'm sad for them.. but she always seemed like the divorce rebound anyway. I bet Vanessa was pressuring him to get married and he is gun-shy.
