Following a transfer of prison residences, music producer and murderer Phil Spector was photographed by the California Department of Corrections again this week.
Unlike his prior photo shoots, Spector, who was sentenced to 19 years for murdering actress Lana Clarkson, was not allowed to wear a wig, per state regulations.
As a result, you have one of the creepiest celeb mugshots in history.
