MTV Movie Awards Fashion Face-Off: Hayden Panettiere vs. Megan Fox

It was a night that featured the release of the New Moon trailer, as well as a near-kiss between sexy Twilight stars and a truly awesome Eminem freak-out.

But there were also plenty of celebrity fashion highlights of note.

Rocking a toned body and misspelled tattoo, Hayden Panettiere donned an Emanuel Ungaro dress with a pair of platform peep toe slingbacks in black satin.

Meanwhile, looking as vanilla as you've ever seen her, yet still amazing, Megan Fox slicked her hair back and wore a black and gold strapless cocktail dress.
