Kate is such a bitch.
If my kids wanted a drink, I would tell them to wait and give them all some water. She has no parenting skills or motherly intuition whatsoever.
I know mady is a drama queen to say the least, but that was an extremely bitchy move she made when she got herself a water bottle and didn't share.
It wouldn't have taken that much time to give them each a little drink.

Hmmm, what you don't realize is that the video has been cut about 10 times. The first of the video showed the shows host talking to the kids about how long they had been there. It was all day by the way. The original video also showed Kate holding up the water to Mady, and saying is this what you wanted (taunting her), and drinking it right in front of her. You should also watch the video again, and look at Mady as she flinches thinking Kate is going to hit her in the face. That is not acting, that is her life. When little children get excited about water there is a reason, and in my opinion this is clear evidence of those kids being abused, used, and neglected.
May Kate find herself sitting alone in a big old house as the kids one by one go to live with Jon.

i think kate is being really mean to mady what a jerk!! not giving your kid water after she ran because she was late to the interview and she was probably really thirsty i dont know anything about mady though because i just started watching the show because of the fights and stuff but mady could have been being a brat because then she would have to go the bathroom and interupt the show but i am on madys side because what she did in that video shows kate isnt a good, nice mother

I agree with you B, if she wasnt going to give her children water she should have had the courtesy to not drink in front of them and wait, just as she expected them to. She obviously cares more for herself than her children and her actions teach her children "Kate Gosselin's Facts of Life". MOMMY COMES FIRST! SO SIT THERE AND BE QUIET WHILE i GET MY MEDIA ATTENTION!

The truth has been there no one would say it Kate abused Jon all the time hitting him and demeaning Him at every turn. A real christian wife would always remember that it is a team effort not the typical story of a wife taking control of every aspect of someones life especially s Husband. But somehow women continue to do so because most men don't want to admit it but the new wives of today have become controlling bossy and verbally and in Jon's case physically abusive. It is time for men to rise up for our rights. And stop letting women abuse their Husbands no I don't feel sorry for Kate since she is a spousal abuser.

You people amaze me, you watch her just to criticize her. If any of you had multiples you might understand how stressful her daily life is, without everyone in her business and a husband who seems to have checked out years ago. Some of you should tend to your own lives a little more and hers a little less.

Give her a break. She was participating in an interview and I am sure was expected to talk a great deal (which is hard without having a drink on hand). I doubt Mady had a great deal of talking in the interview.
I do think that all the Gosselin's kids are for the most part very well behaved and I attribute that to the fact that Kate/Jon do not cater to their every whim and request, and that they (she) do in fact spank them when they feel it's needed. I see no abuse.

She only denied her because they were going on the air. She was grabbing for the bottle but then the cameras were turned on and so she couldn't get it anymore. You act as though Mady was bawling her eyes out when she didn't get a drink. I had to turn my speakers all the way to hear her comment.
I was an avid viewer of the show, but since this whole mess began, I haven't tuned in that much. The last episode I watched was the sextuplets birthday. The show has lost it's meaning. It was supposed to be about a family...what are they now?
How are you not going to give ur children water.. ITS WATER if they spill it will dry its not a big deal its not like its soda or juice where it will stain or make the kids hyper what a bitch

I agree completely, Witch Hunts. Honestly, I think people should watch the video first because they're actually taking the bias that a TABLOID (of all media types) spews, as the honest- to - goodness truth! No, I do not think it was the mosyt mature thing for Kate to drink water in front of her whining child who had had just asked for some, but give her a break! Those of you using foul language and name-calling on here are certainly not perfect, and neither is any other human for that matter. So just give her a break!

I don't think that clip tells the whole story. Kate asked for drinks for the kids at the end. But what happend before? Mady may have been acting out? They may have all just had drinks? It is horable that everyone keeps calling her a bitch. She is a women trying to survive with all these kids. How about some support from all the women out there!

Katie, if she didn't want to start a chan reaction then she shouldnt have gotten a drink herself, she started it and I doubt she was at the brink of dehydration either so if she made her little kids wait then she could have too. Not saying she is a bad mom, I have two little kids and they dont always get what they want or what they think they need right away but my kid's needs always come before mine and here she clearly put her's first.

Caitlin, I have two kids so I know how they can be. But I think those kids need to act out inorder to get attention, seems to be the only way they get it most of the time. I also can't imagine that they love all this attentiona and all the crap being said about their family. And it is sad the only thing they know in life is cameras being in their faces what will happen to them when it stops? They also don't seem to enjoy all these speaking occasions and interviews they always have to do. At what point is someone going to say enough is enough let them be kids and let them experience a normal family life. These people are not a family for themselves they are family for the media.

I wish the media would just stop feeding into her, she doesn't care what kid of person she looks like as long as the money is rolling in. Half this crap she probbly does on purpose, like spanking her kid in front of paparazi just so they will keep interested in her and she gets more money. She makes me sick. Those poor kids.

Kate is the MOTHER, not the equal. Mady wasn't in any pain, she just wanted what she wanted when she wanted it, she wasn't being respectful at all, in fact, she behaved selfishly.. props to Kate AGAIN for being a great mom that can calmly handle so many things going on! She's actually disciplining her kids.. she should teach a parenting course.

That child is 8 years old. Kate is to starstruck.Her mind is to wrapped arund money. Her top pick should be her kids not her money and not the show.

Please, she is a monster--I don't care if the child was complaining (or is always complaining) it was just pure cruelness on the part of Kate to not only deny the little girl water, but to take a drink in front of her! Kate should have waited until after the interview to get her own drink if she was going to make the children wait.
