Lindsay Lohan Cited For Noise Violation at 4:20

We've often wished Lindsay Lohan would shut the eff up.

Last night, Los Angeles' finest shared in that sentiment.

The venerable crotch of fire, who's just endured a week for the ages, was issued a citation last night (this morning) for being just too frickin' loud.

Neighbors unlucky enough to live near her in the Hollywood Hills called the LAPD in the wee hours of the morning due to loud music at Lohan's pad.

At 4:20 a.m., appropriately, cops came and took care of it by giving LiLo a ticket for excessive noise. Hopefully this makes the new reality show.
