A chipper Jon Gosselin spent his weekend eight-deep in kids, which is par for the course for the guy - but this time, wife Kate Gosselin was nowhere to be found.
It's a scenario he may be getting used to.
While celebrating Father's Day at home, Jon and his twins and sextuplets enjoyed a nice, relaxing day playing in the front yard of their Reading, Pa., home.
In between the usual bike rides, lacrosse games and trips riding around the yard on an ATV, Jon walked to his fence and signed autographs for fans.
"Jon was in a great mood," a source told E! News.
The usually reserved Jon answered some questions for media near the home, confirming that injured son Aaden cut his head and had the wound glued shut.
Bandage-free Aaden was playing in the yard with his dad Sunday.
When asked if he was moving to New York City, he said, "You'll have to watch the show," referring to the big Jon and Kate announcement on tonight's show.
Asked about Kate's whereabouts, Jon simply responded "I don't know."
If tonight's "very special" episode of Jon and Kate Plus 8 goes the way we expect it will, he'll be able to answer that way indefinitely soon enough.
He was not asked if scenes from tonight's show will include little Mady being denied water and calling the mulleted one mean, or Kate spanking Leah.
