But before you get too excited about seeing Heidi Montag naked in the pages of Hugh Hefner's rag ... don't. You're not gonna see as much as you think.

Although she exposed plenty of skin during the shoot, Mrs. Spencer Pratt did cover up the girls. She'll also featured on two covers, but won't be nude.
